Week 7: Seahawks @ Browns

  • sportswizuhrd
When the Mariners and Indians played this season, they combined for 9 or more runs in every game but two.

Glad this game was played in late October and not late December, probably would have ended in a scoreless tie.

    Broncos/Dolphins in OT....maybe This wasn't the worst.

I think we'll hang better with the Niners than Houston. Andre Johnson should be back, and they'll do horrible things to the Browns.

Unless we turn the ball over a ton against San Fran I think it'll be OK. Ugly as hell to watch but the scoreboard won't be so bad.

Tavaris Jackson doesn't make me any less surprised that they have 2 wins.

lol alright, well they do play much better at home.

Just got home from the game. 2 observations...1) Place was packed (lawls bengals) 2) Shurmur sucks balls at play calling

What a joke of a game

I almost forgot, and hate to harp on it, but Robiskie is TERRIBLE! I really have to give it to the fans who stayed all game and were very loud. The one thing I hate though, is the seat checking nazis werent letting people sit in the section ahead of me, even though the entire two rows were empty and they werent taking anyone's seats. Just let them freaking sit there.

The ONE thing that I DID like about today's game is that they stuck with the run. I'd love to see them more successful at throwing the ball but until then, run....

Good point. I was expecting Shurmur to go in panic mode and have Colt throw 50 times.

Longest time of possession since 1976 and the fewest yards allowed in a game since 1993. Defense should jump into the top 5 after this week.

Not to be a dbag, but did they really have a choice?

And half the time it ruined drives. Oh 2nd n 8, run hardesty right up the middle for 0 gain. I liked what the other kid had today.

Ummm, yeah...Shurmur has already shown that he will try to pound that square peg into a round hole no matter how obvious it is that it won't fit. He's pass happy and this team doesn't have the QB, or WR's, to run that type of offense.

did bring back memories of Eric Metcalf.....

gotta love the "D"...13 points in the last two games.

    special teams continue to sukkkkkk

did we throw a pass over 12 yeards???( not including catch and run) Did a receiver run a deep pattern? (I think I saw one.)

Although better than the last two games, McCoy continues to get hammered from the blind side.

They tried that. McCoy threw it into double coverage and it got picked.

    fml...this offense is pathetic.

Pinkston is getting lit up...he is not ready for the NFL yet. Not only did he struggle all day in pass protection...he is the one that got blew up twice for blocked field goals I think.

Pretty sure Mack whiffed on the 2nd one. Pinkston tried to reach out and stop Bryant but he was already engaged with someone else.

Pretty sure it was Cousins. They were bitching about him getting cut over this (two whiffs) on the OBR.
  • wes_mantooth
    oh...my bad.

anyhow, I am not down on Pinkston...he just needs the reps and we have to deal with the growing pains of a young team.

Oh, and Greg Little is now on pace for 50 catches on the season. MoMass, I believe, has never had a 50 catch season.

I wish Little was running the deeper routes...not the 4 yd routes. If he ran the 7 yd routes...he could be our homerun hitter!! lol

The QB might be afraid to "air it out" that far. :D
