Tribe/O's Series

  • BRF
I suppose we are done scoring for the day.

Looks like the Tribe got 3 and gave up.

They had Baltimore on the ropes through the first 4 innings and couldn't get anymore. Frustrating, especially when a pitcher is struggling like that...

Then, of course, Baltimore takes advantage of their opportunity and blasts a 3 run shot.

WHY THE FUCK IS GOMEZ STILL IN THE GAME?!? Acta you have one of the best fucking BPs in the league. USE IT!

Manny Acta is a loser....that is why. He does not care about today's game.....all he cares about is tomorrow's game.

So much for Chisenhall being the answer. That's what you get when you bring up a 267 tripleA player.

Which brings me back to my question...right handed power bat or a solid starter down the stretch? I'll take the arm because after CC, Masterson & Tomlin the Tribe doesn't have shit and I'm not counting on Alex White.

Folks....we need to find a third baseman who can catch the ball and hit it once in awhile.

Chiz will be alright he's still young. He will be a stud once he figures it all out, there's not doubt he has talent

Why don't you give the guy more then 15 major league games before you write him off. He's a good hitter with a smooth swing that's going to keep getting better and he's going to be a fixture in our lineup for quite some time. You better get used to it.

    E-tickets, will call, what?

I'd be interested. I'm on vacation that week.

    Man. this team sucks....
  • TBone14
Yesterday was disappointing. Needed 3 of 4 after winning first two. Opportunity missed.

I agree. I fear this series was a "turning point".
  • devil1197
The Indians will be fine but they cannot afford to keep losing players left and right to injuries. IF the Indians front office wants to win this year, they need to go after an outfielder THIS week with Grady going down once again.

One comes off the DL and another one heads out for 15 days.

The offense has looked good against Baltimore, just need to finish the deal with runners on.

as much as I like the guy, we really need to cut our losses with him...his proneness to injury is absurd

I got them through work. I wouldn't mind going but I have to work that evening.

I had to print the tickets off. I'd imagine I could just send them in the mail.

Anyone starting a Twins thread? First game of the doubleheader starts in about 40 minutes...
