Hideous would be a good word lolmhs95_06;750052 wrote:Gomes with an un-intelligent AB that results in an unproductive out! -
wildcats20And Miggy with blooper that barely gets to the grass, I'll take it!
-
wildcats20Aggressive base running by BP and scores on the ground out to 3rd.
-
wildcats20And a balk advances Cairo to 3rd. Bring him home Janish!
-
mhs95_06McGehee had more time than he thought to get the out at first and he paid for not checking BP on 3rd with BP stealing home on the throw to 1st for the out there by 25'
-
mhs95_06Both teams turn the line-up over in the 2nd inning, but the Reds get a run, and Bronson has the edge in pitch count 43-31.
-
se-alumI may apply for the next managerial opening in the majors...
-
mhs95_06BP with an excellent job hitting with two strikes in both ABs tonight. Narveson having a tough time the 2nd time thru the Reds line-up. Will Bronson have similar problems?
-
wildcats20Base hit by Gomes scores BP from 2nd and it's 5-0 Reds.
-
SportsAndLadyOOOFFFFEEENNNNNSSEEEE
nice to see you -
wildcats20And still 0 out.
-
wildcats20A golfed double by Hanigan brings around Gomes.
-
wildcats20And Bronson with a single up the middle scoring Hanigan. 7-0
-
wildcats20Holy shit is Drew Stubbs fast, wow.
-
SportsAndLadyLove when Stubbs puts the ball in play..he's so fast, good things usually happen.
-
mhs95_06Stubbs beats it out even though he didn't start running right away thinking it was foul down the 3rd base line.
-
Ironman92Everything working well. Gomes looks like crap at the plate but there are enough dumb pitchers to hang curves over the center of the plate.
Phillips first 2 swings scared me into cuss words....but he drove the ball where it was poorly pitched and then tried to drop down a bunt his 2nd at bat...then was willing to drive it up the middle and was then crafty on the bases....that's fun and good. -
wildcats20That was a real fun inning to watch.
-
Ironman92Who is George Grande talking about being a star in front of Griffey Jr and then Jr left and he hit .230?
I know Arod used to hit in front of him....but Grande surely isn't that stupid.
Excuse me...I must now research. -

I thought he was just talking in general terms, not any specific player. -
Ironman92He can't be talking about Olerud.....Olerund his .361 without Jr protecting him and was around .400 most of the year.....went on to have over 2,000 career hits.
While in Seattle Arod hit in front of Griffey more than about anyone.....hit 41/132/.312 the year after JR left.....as for the 615 HR, 1600 RBI and 1600 runs and 2550 hits.....I don't know. -
Ironman92I thought he was specifically speaking of someone......Welsh also said get em on in front of Jr and he'll knock in 150.....yet Jr never knocked in 150.
