-
ts1227GAME 1: Wed. 4/13 at Pittsburgh, 7:00 p.m. - CBC (HD)
GAME 2: Fri., 4/15 at Pittsburgh, 7:00 p.m. - CBC (HD)
GAME 3: Mon. 4/18 at Tampa Bay, 7:30 p.m. - CBC (HD), VERSUS (JIP)
GAME 4: 4/20 at Tampa Bay, 7:30 p.m. - CBC (HD)
GAME 5: (if necessary) Sat. 4/23 at Pittsburgh, TBD - CBC (HD), VERSUS (JIP)
GAME 6: (if necessary) Mon. 4/25 at Tampa Bay, TBD - CBC (HD)
GAME 7: (if necessary) Wed. 4/27 at Pittsburgh, TBD - CBC (HD)
I hope FSN Pittsburgh (or whatever it's called now) shows them like in the past for you Pens fans, otherwise you apparently have to move to Canada to watch it.
EDIT: Found this on Pens site : ROOT SPORTS (fka FSN Pittsburgh) will broadcast all seven games locally.
Also, this is a warning to everyone about the petty bitching that is on this thread AGAIN. It's not that hard to talk normally about this shit... figure it out, or do everyone a favor and just don't post what you're thinking. -
End of LineLooks like I'll have to find a stream as usual.
-
Classyposter58Idk I just can't go against the Lightning here. I just feel like the Pens are gonna struggle winning faceoffs against the Lightning and the fact that the main scoring line for Tampa is just destructive and without Crosby the Penguins are going to have trouble containing them. Another thing is Pittsburgh has not came back down after 2 periods yet this year in 20 tries. If you can't do that in the playoffs you're f***ed
-
End of LineInstead of the Pens/Bolts on VS, it's Red Wings/Coyotes. Watching Phoenix is like watching Minnesota play they're not the most exciting team to watch.

It's simple, you have three (four if you count the one person who has two usernames twice) that start all the garbage. Grow a set and throw these dumb asses off this site! -
killer_ewokSo now the playoff thread is gonna be a disaster just like the regular season Pens thread was.
Lovely. -

Unless of course you have fucking Time Warner Cable in some areas who won't put Root Sports (dumbest name for a channel ever) on it's lineup. -
Art ModellI dont have versus but I have Root Sports. So I guess it works out for me.

End of LineIf Sid and Geno were healthy, this series would be on VS.

Very true. When you have limited national availability like the NHL, you have to have the biggest marquee star-caliber match-ups in those Versus slots. With Sid and Geno, Pittsburgh has that. Without, they don't and are pretty much exclusively on local broadcasts because of that. -

I just don't want to watch the damn Red Wings and boring Coyotes. -

agreed. Canucks and blackhawks should be a good series, they've built a good rivalry over the years -

I feel that pain. -
DeyDurkie5rock_knutne;737804 wrote:No you did not, you said "they ain't shit", which CLEARLY proves you don't know what the fuck you're talking about, their record and the numbers say otherwise. You just prove my point over and over that the only reason you posted on this thread was to start trouble and troll, like you always do.
I gave my opinion on who was going to win, and because I didn't pick pittsburgh it's trolling? You are a fucking idiot rock, typical pittsburgh fans -

Thankfully the 2 first games will be at 10pm. It'll be interesting to see how Chicago can do against VAN w/o Ladd and Byfuglien. -
End of LineI nominate this to be the Pens Playoff Anthem.

Yeah, and I'd think if any high seed would be ripe for a first-round upset, it'd be the Canucks. It's just hard for me to be overly impressed with a team for having the best regular season record, when their division contains the worst second-place finisher (going by number of points), worst third-place finisher and the worst two teams in the league as the fourth and fifth place teams. Just the sort of thing that makes me wonder if they're as good as their record, or if they've been inflated a bit by having some really bad teams in their division. -
End of Line

You're a laughable troll. Notice how I didn't hilite your actual pick in my intial post, only the absolutely stupid reason as to why you said they would lose. What a clueless dumb fuck, I could care less if you pick against Pittsburgh, you do it all the time and more times than not you're wrong........which bodes well for me! -
rock_knutneJames Neal is practicing today, as is Crosby:
