In all honesty you are the one resorting to name calling and cursing. I have already said you are not going to make me upset.

Of course, that's what you are doing. If it was a cleveland fan posting like you, we would be getting our panties in a bunch, but since it is you, or any other cincy fan, you are just defending your team.

Nice win today by the Bengals. Fuck the Browns and their fans! Who Dey!

So the answer is: you have been deemed a troll by the moderators once already. As for my part of the equation, I have never had that happen, nor have I received a warning.

I find it funny that you get up in arms about Capone. At least when Capone trolls he can fall back on material that we Cincy fans can't argue against (Super Bowls). When a Browns fan tries to troll a Bengal fan, you have admit that the premise a little laughable. In all honesty neither fanbase is in a position to brag. Especially when you brag about sell outs while your stadium is half empty. You also should try and smoke out other fan bases while you are losing your current matchup haha. Poor timing IMO

You guys are missing the point: Both teams fucking suck so who cares.

Oh and it turns out that justin wasn't the only person who noticed that the sell-out "crowd" at Cleveland Browns Stadium would be better described as a "small gathering"

    From the Baltimore Sun:
At a half-empty and frigid Cleveland Browns Stadium, the Ravens defeated the Cleveland Browns, 20-10

You just got done bitching about Browns fans talking shit when neither fanbase really has room to talk...then you post this?

We all see right through your motives jordo..you fool no one.

    1. I have 0 troll infraction points and 0 warnings, so please explain how the moderators have deemed me a troll? Thanks.

    2. I find it funny how you completely try to spin the topic when you are completely getting blown away with facts. wtf is your point about capone? He was a troll, that's why he got 3 troll points and sent to the basement.

    3. We aren't bragging about anything. You are the one who started attacking cleveland fans, thus as you say, we defended ourselves. The thread was about how piss poor cincy fans are, and I chimed in with my comments about how piss poor they are. Seems to me that everyone here agrees, and not everyone on this thread is a Cleveland fan. Hmmm i wonder why everyone thinks cincy fans are shitty....

    4. Also, the browns didn't black out, so it is impossible for the stadium to be half empty. There were empty seats, but it wasn't close to half empty. How the fuck would you know anyway, when you didnt even watch the game? Lmao.

    5. I am glad you had to reread my post, and then repost because you are that desperate to find anything in this losing battle for you. How convenient of you to avoid the part of my post where I provide your own quote which was blown up back in your face. Keep trying harder little guy.

LOL what motives? You guys started it! haha. I mean seriously. I didn't have one single post in the Browns thread, nor have I tweaked Browns fans at all this entire season.

I get online this afternoon and I see a thread trying to smoke out Bengal fans. I enter the thread and guess what, it is Browns fans lobbing grenades and making fun of the fanbase for whatever reason. You are naive if you didn't think you were going to get some sort of response. Especially when the crux of your argument is: "we are better, we sell out and attend games" while at the same time your fanbase has filled barely half of their stadium against a hated rival.

I say you were deemed a troll because you started a topic that got moved to the basement. You know, the place where threads that are deemed to be "trollish" are sent?
Also, the browns didn't black out, so it is impossible for the stadium to be half empty. There were empty seats, but it wasn't close to half empty. How the fuck would you know anyway, when you didnt even watch the game? Lmao.
Never said it was a black out. Just saying it was very empty. I did watch the game (that's what we got here in SE Ohio) and I did notice it was empty. Justin did too, and so did the Baltimore Sun writer.

Wrong again. No one here was tooting their horn about how we are better fans, until you decided to bring Cleveland fans into it.

It was still a sellout. Which means every seat was sold. Day after Christmas, and shitty weather = some noshows. lol at "half-empty".

already been established that I did not bring the Browns fans into it first. Justin did. Nice try though.

No justin mentioned the browns, you brought in the discussion about browns fans. Nice try though.

Just repeating what a reporter for the Baltimore Sun had said. He was only at the game, what does he know?

Dude everyone and their mothers know that the Bengals have some of the worst fans...even my friends who are Bengals fans say the same thing. it's about as much a fact as something abstract and improvable can be. So don't get your panties all in a bunch just because a few Browns fans are stating the virtual truth.

The crux of my argument has nothing to do with the stadiums today...my argument is assumed common knowledge that you are getting defensive about.

LOL, okay whatever. Like I said, you guys had a good thing going over in your thread, no Bengal fans were over there harassing you. When you start shooting your mouth off about how you guys are "better fans" and say we are "among the worse :) in football" you better believe that people are going to bring up that your fanbase isn't as good as you think it is.

I merely expanded upon that point and said that I think the main reason you beat your chest about that sort of thing, is because you can't beat your chest about recent success. That's where the thread took a nosedive.

And now you and S&L act very surprised that it happened. I will say it again though, I love getting lectured by S&L about being a bandwagon fan even though he cheers for Kansas basketball and roots for Ohio State football. I am starting to think his point may have merit though. I mean if anybody were to know what a bandwagon fan would look like, it is surely him
  • SportsAndLady
I root for one other team outside of Ohio and I am the poster child for bandwagon fans? Nahhhh

That reporter is full of shit. I watched the game. It was far from "half-empty". The club seats which are owned mostly by corporations, which are far from the best Browns fans, were where the empty seats were.

Once again no one talked about how browns fans are good fans, until you decided to post about browns fans lol. Glad this is all going over your head. By the way, successful season or not, Cleveland fans will always be loyal, and they will always beat their chest about that. There aren't that many fan bases that are loyal, but the Cleveland Browns fan base is definitely loyal, and we sure as hell take pride in that. We are not cop out pussies when our franchise isn't doing too well. Can't say the same for the fan bases of cincy and other franchises.

justincredible;613891 wrote:Ok, so Browns fans buy tickets they just don't show up. Makes sense.

The front office doesn't mind that :p

Every fanbase has fair weather fans, the Bengals just have pretty much a fair weather fanbase as a whole (especially compared to the Steelers and Browns). Sure, Browns season ticket holders get pissed and didn't want to go watch the team get rolled in the cold yesterday, but at least they have enough people interested to sell a shitload of season tickets (and most everyone will re-up theirs for 2011), thus making it much more difficult to black out. Obviously the Steelers are right up there as one of the best, they will never black out.

Once again, we weren't bragging or even discussing the cleveland fan base, until jordo had to bring them into it.

A Browns fan started this thread to shit on Bengals fans. That is when the two fan bases were brought into it.
