Random NBA chatter

OQBLol go ahead and "shake your head" yes the NBA is more popular recently but still has along way to go to catch the NFL....
Why have all theses franchises ? Just cut it down to 12-15 teams and call it the elite basketball association...just have a star powered league and get rid of the bottom half and small market teams. That is practically what's happening. -
Laley23Can we get the money argument out of here? I don't really side with either side 100% but they signed with a team in Florida. The state that has no tax.

KR1245Billups isnt even trying to make these shots. You cant give him the call on that three pointer. The defender is allowed to stand his ground

BR1986FBCavs aren't exactly known for their rebounding prowess. Is NY this bad on the boards?

Until they add some depth... yes. Melo and Amare are decent on the boards, but nothing great -
KR1245NBA is popular and TV ratings might be up. Think the attendance ratings are down though

KR1245Instant replay
Love Haden and Ward takin in Cavs games -
Hb31187Billups has a switch in the 4th quarter that he just turns on.
Def gonna miss him in Denver -
JesterBOOBIE! Big 3 there.

KR1245Boobie!
Joe Haden just became my favorite Brown -
JesterJJ has potential, but that was a prime example of where he needs to improve. Really stupid foul right there.

The one when he was guarding Melo? He shouldnt have been in that position -
Jester
Yeah. I mean I agree he shouldn't have been in that position, but he was, and at that point you have to be smart about it. Your teammate just hit a big 3 and you're up 5, the last thing you want to do is give up a 3 point play. Either just give him the uncontested layup, or if you do foul, make sure he doesn't have a chance to get it up towards the rim.KR1245;692268 wrote:The one when he was guarding Melo? Hb31187Didnt the Knicks get Brewer in that trade? Wonder why hes not playing, is he hurt?

Baron is at least saying all the right things. He had a few tweets about the Cavs tonight.
Watching the @cavs right now @JJHickson21 is ballin super underrated... Look forward to workin with him and see him become a BEAST! -
daveI don't doubt he might play well, but him getting minutes when he isn't part of the rebuild is so couterproductive. If there wasn't a good enough PG on the team for guys like JJ to grow from that would be one thing, but Sessions needs to be on the court.

I see what you're saying. I'm not really sure if Sessions is the PG of the future though. If Davis comes in with a positive attitude it could have a nice impact on some of the young guys.

Can't wait to join the guys tomorrow... GOOD WIN!!!... See you tomorrow Cleveland! 2 minutes ago via ÜberSocial -
hangonsloopyI'm pleasantly surprised at Davis' attitude. Who knows if it will last but he's saying all the right things so far.

dave
Not as a starter, as a backup to hopefully Irving. He can play the 2 guard if needed as well.KR1245;692309 wrote:I see what you're saying. Hb31187I know its a small sample size....but I dont like what I see out of Raymond Felton. He is a black hole of a PG and is way out of control
