Is there a better professional soccer squad than Chelsea?

    Yes Didier and Lampard are 32 but both still have at least 2-3 years left playing at the top level. Remember that they didnt spend big this summer, so Ambramovich is probably saving his checkbook for next summer. As for their recent dip in form I consider that having a lot to do with Lampard being out injured at the moment. In his absence they seem to lack someone who controls the tempo of the game from the center of midfield, much like United do without Scholes.

    Chelsea showed again why they are the best in the EPl, pretty much in all the world. In other news, Tottenham dominating and it's looking like the signing of Van Der Vaart to be perfect for this club

    Chelsea didn't really impress me that much.....it wasn't a dominant performance. They just capitalized on Arsenal's mistakes, which is what you have to do.
