Art ModellWhat was dumb and dumbers stats for last game? Also Benson was on profootballtalk saying there is alot of frustration building on the offensive side of the ball. Thoughts?

bigdaddy2003I just changed from Cincy to Cleveland in my pick ems league. For some strange reason I think the Browns are going to pull a W out.

Puddle JumperThe Ravens offense was playing worse than Cincy's.Flacco played well last week and they pulled it out.
Palmer will do the same and win by 10.Though Palmer's better days are definately behind him. -

Care to put a tube on that? -
bigdaddy2003I think Cleveland will pull it out also but I wouldn't bet on it.

I think Cleve played their best game of the year vs Balt and still couldn't pull it out. I see no reason why Cleve would win. All we gotta do is hammer Benson 30 times soften them up and boom the secondary is toasted. -
bigdaddy2003I hear you but I guess that is why they play the games.

Cincinnati is pretty poor (ranked 19th) at running the ball and the Browns defense against the run (ranked 21st) isn't much better so something has got to give. I wouldn't put too many eggs in Mr Inaccuracy's (Palmer) basket though. -

Just read a story that if the Bungals dont go far this year there is the possibility that Palmer might not be back next year. He is due a 12 million dollar base salary next season. That's alot for a guy who's never won a playoff game. -
Art ModellThis is for BR. If your Clowns lose this game they could easily go 0-8. How much leeway does Mangini get before he gets the ax?

I was thinking 0-9, personally. If they are 0-7 at the bye he should be relieved of his duties. -

I was thinking 0-8 then they make Rob Ryan the coach for the rest of the season. His 1st game would be against his brother. Hmmmm. -

Well if they keep losing he will lose his veterans. So far, the vets are still with the program. The young guys/rookies will play hard regardless because they will want to impress Homgren/Heckert for the next incoming coaching staff. The vets will be jumping ship like rats if the losing continues for a prolonged period of time, IMO. -

Never know Palmer could put up 6 td's again. I think Benson will carry the load for us I wouldn't be suprised to see us run it 35-40 times and Palmer throw it 19-24 times and I hope a few of those are deep shots for once. -
NonBrowns are desperate this week. But it's becoming too much of a trendy upset pick.
I'll say close but not quite.
Cincinnati 20
Cleveland 17 (OT) -
Ironman92the more I think about it the more I feel that either Cincy will blow em out with great offense OR the Browns will find a way to win and the Bengals will find a way to lose.
I don't think the Bengals will win if it's close. -
LeonardoBrowns with 2nd and 1 at their own 19 after a Cincinnati punt

osu45804Pacman JUST missed a possible pick 6 ... Good job from the Bengals D
