ECF: Magic @ Celtics - Game 3
-
wildcats20I'm a Lakers fan and yeah I'm arguing about a pretty obvious travel call. And I would say the same thing if it was anyone on the Lakers that had done that.
-
wes_mantoothI think the Lakers win....but they have absolutely no answer for Rondo, so it will be very interesting.
-
wildcats20I agree Mantooth. But people also said we had no answer for D Will or Steve Nash.
Once Rondo abuses Fish, I think Phil needs to go with Shannon on Rondo. Shannon >>> Farmar on D. -
wes_mantooth
Well, we will see...like I said, I still like the Lakers, but Boston is playing like it is 2008.wildcats20 wrote: I agree Mantooth. But people also said we had no answer for D Will or Steve Nash.

wildcats20Yeah, that is the only thing that worries me a little.
But, if I'm a C's fan(which THANK GOD I'M NOT!! lol), I would be really curious if this team can play 3 straight series with this energy.
Which, IMO, I think they can. -
Manhattan Buckeyewildcats20, they just showed the replay in slowmo (I'm assuming you are watching the game), if THAT is travelling, whoa. That was purely clean.
-
wes_mantoothThe C's have the advantage at the PG spot and maybe the 3 spot...that is about it. There bench is playing well, so that is a wash.
After watching the Cavs, the Magic and the Celtics, I think the Celtics definitely match up the best against the Lakers....assuming this is the Finals matchup. -
wildcats20
He possessed the ball while on the ground. The ball was not moving when he had his hand on top of it. And then stood up with it. That is a travel.Manhattan Buckeye wrote: wildcats20, they just showed the replay in slowmo (I'm assuming you are watching the game), if THAT is travelling, whoa. That was purely clean.
But then again, the NBA starting this year allows players to basically take 2 steps before putting a dribble down. So am I surprised it wasn't called? Not at all. Again it's all my opinion. -
osu45804Halftime: Boston 51 - Orlando 34

wildcats20
What are your thoughts on the C's being able to play like this 3 series in a row??osu45804 wrote: Halftime: Boston 51 - Orlando 34 -
Hb31187Yeah that was a great hustle play by Rajon...but most def a travel.
Kinda like how Kobe in game 1 or 2, got tripped up, went to the ground, slid with the ball then called a timeout -
wildcats20
Don't they allow that now too?Hb31187 wrote: Yeah that was a great hustle play by Rajon...but most def a travel.

But yeah, I think as a ref if you call that a travel, your life may be in danger lol -
FootwedgeThis Celtic first half blowout further vindicates the Cavs' injury plagued melt down.
2 things.
-LBJ needs to think twice before he decides to leave Cleveland for "greener pastures" and possible titles. He has a good cast right here.
-Gilbert needs to remind himself that adding a Chris Bosh (and LBJ) would keep the Cavs condending for a title. A major overhauk is not required. -
mallymal614Cleveland and Orlando fans weren't worried either. Lakers better be careful what they ask for lol.
-
Footwedge^^^Boston found the right time of the year to get hot.
-
wildcats20Halftime is so boring during ESPN/ABC games.
Give me the TNT guys all day, every day. -

NBA games are always much more enjoyable on TNT. From the announcers to the post game show. -
gorocks99LOL Magic.
-
gorocks99SVG, taking the charge like a man.
-
wildcats20Matt Barnes is a joke
-
FootwedgeLOL at Paul Pierce. And then when he started dribbling up the court..... really made me LOL.
-
wildcats20
And why did the ref just stand there like he was going to let him go lolFootwedge wrote: LOL at Paul Pierce. And then when he started dribbling up the court..... really made me LOL. -
mallymal614LOL PAUL PIERCE!!!!!! That was one of the funniest things I seen in the NBA in a while. Knocked the ball out, even though the shot was made and started to head up the court with the ball as if it was missed.

Something you'd see in an old man beer league game.mallymal614 wrote: LOL PAUL PIERCE!!!!!! That was one of the funniest things I seen in a NBA in a while. Knocked the ball out, even though the shot was made and started to head up the court with the ball as if it was missed. -
gorocks99Orlando's gonna enter "Cleveland, last minute of game 6" territory pretty soon.
