Cleveland at Boston Game 6 DO OR DIE 8 pm
-
newarkcatholicfanI look for KING NO TITLE to score 45 and lead his team to a 28 point win.
-
jpake1After watching the game today... I saw a King (without a crown) show the same effort I saw from a 16yr old boy that I hated in HS. I heard the hype before he came to play in Salem. I saw the freak athlete, but more than anything, I saw the boy the walked up and down the court that was waiting for the world to bow to him. I saw the same type of piss poor effort tonight. You want to be called the greatest Son? Then you better start with greatness in game 6 and finish it i game 7. If you don't, it'll be a looooong time before anybody forgets your Ron Artest like attitude this series. I'm not a Cavs fan nor a LBJ fan, but I'm pissed with what I saw.

SQ_CraziesI agree as well. A perfect analogy, he had that high school mentality last night. Don't know why.
But I fully expect that after game 6, win or lose, we won't question the heart of LeBron. If I had to guess, it seemed like he tried to defer to his inconsistent (all series) teammates early and he got discouraged when they weren't showing up. No excuse for not playing hard, but hopefully he doesn't let it happen again. -
jpake1If he plays like that again, I would venture to say that's his last game as a Cavalier.
-
SQ_CraziesMe too. If he's that out of the game again then the only explanation is that his heart has already left Cleveland.
Be a shame if that were the case, not because he's leaving but because he doesn't finish what he started. But he's putting it on himself by saying "they got me" for game 6, so we'll see. I doubt that there will be much doubt that he tried to win game 6 even if they lose--and they could lose, the supporting cast HAS to step up because I expect to see the best out of the C's in this situation. -
slingshot4everLETS GO CAVS!!!!!!!!!!!
-
dat dudeBoston is a 1 point favorite.
-
wildcats20As they should be. Actually I figured it would be more than 1.
-
SQ_CraziesCorrect me if I'm wrong, but won't this be the first game they're favored in?
I'm pretty sure that's true--I clearly wasn't the only one who thought 4 or 5 games. Like I said before, you can't predict your team playing like garbage. -
hoops23I loved a quote from LeBron today..
When asked why the fans shouldn't be nervous for Game 6, he replied:
"They got me"
Love it.
Oh and please stop the "his heart has already left Cleveland" bullshit...
Why would he put aside one of his best chances to win a title in maybe his career because his "heart left Cleveland already"... That's complete and utter bullshit and nothing but excuse building. -
dat dude
Agreed. I was thinking around 3 or so.wildcats20 wrote: As they should be. Actually I figured it would be more than 1. -

haha, well my apologies.. However there is so many fucking threads about the Cavs/LeBron/the end of the world that it's hard to keep track of them all and what's been posted, especially when I haven't been on since 4pm..wildcats20 wrote:

FootwedgeCavs will definitely win game 6...I'm betting a weeks pay on it at even money. They will not lose tomorrow. If they lose, I will take a full month off from this site. Book it.

If the Cavs come out and lay a beat down on the Celtics, all the nay sayers will be coming back saying they still believe and yada, yada.
I still am holding out hope, doesn't look good, but still can win this thing. -
hoops23The series isn't over until it's over, I can't blame people for getting as frustrated as some of us did last night..
Point is, the Cavs have one more chance to make this right and they can do that by winning Game 6. I don't care if they win by 30 or 1--just win! -

Whole thing reminds me of Randy Quaid's character from Major League.sportswizuhrd wrote:
