I drain 3'sDidn't the Cavs lead the league in defensive 3pt % last year or total defense or something like that?
Then they met Orlando.
Just sayin. -

Not Jared Dudley.
And like I said before, you think J-Rich will be AS effective against Kobe or even Artest?
Good luck Suns...just sayin'. This will be a train wreck. -
I drain 3'sAs effective as he's been lately? Maybe not, but he can still be effective. And whether it's from Lewis, Turkoglu, Dudley, Frye, Nash, or Dragic, it all counts for the same amount of points. Sure a few of them may not be big name stars, but they'll knock down shots just the same.

paul_banksSuns in 6. They are playing great ball right now.
-
wildcats20^^And the Lakers aren't??

Assuming the Lakers play like I know they can and likely will, this shouldn't go past 4 games. The Suns will have no answer for the Lakers.Trueblue23 wrote: SQ what do you think brother?
The Lakers got lucky with their road to the Finals. That's not good for the EC representative. -
se-alumWhy the hell do we have to wait a week for this series to start??
-
SportsAndLady
Didnt you say that about the Celtics and Cavs series?SQ_Crazies wrote:Good luck Suns...just sayin'. This will be a train wreck.
Yes you did..in that case, I'll take the Lakers in 7 -
Pick6Definitely a better suns team than years past. They swept the Spurs!! Yea, I know the Spurs are old..but still..they did knock off they Mavs in the first round, who SQ called contenders in the west.
-
se-alumLakers in 6.
-
ptown_trojans_1Anyone know why they are waiting a week to start this series?
Lakers in 6 btw. -
SportsAndLady
Becuase lets say they started the series right now and LA sweeps Phoenix in 4. Game 4 would come at the same time as Cleveland/Boston and Orlando's game 1 (assuming cle/bos goes 7) started...Then you would have LA with an even bigger layoff than this 6 day layoff.ptown_trojans_1 wrote: Anyone know why they are waiting a week to start this series?

I dont understand your logic. You say LA got lucky to miss SA(which i can only assume you think the series would of went 6/7 games) but you think the team that just beat the shit out of them will get swept?SQ_Crazies wrote:

goldengonzoIf the Suns want to make this series close, they should hope for a scoring-fest. Phoenix is going to have more than enough problems with LA's bigs. If Nash & Co. can get running and HOT, then they have a chance. But if this is a slower pace where LA can pound it to Gasol and Bynum, then LA can take this in 4 or 5.
-
JakeGiantRotinaj, I was thinking the same.
It's moot, but again, there was a reason I wasn't afraid of the Spurs. Yes, they defeated Dallas, but anytime calling the Mavs a contender when Dallas assuredly goes Dallas in the Postseason just isn't thinking straight with their heads. I saw this on another site when someone and his clone said the Jazz would beat the Lakers in 6.
