3 years ago?? Really? Teams are not close to the same roster wise. Pretty sure Raja Bell won't be there to punish him.2quik4u wrote:

2quik4uKobe doesnt forget that stuff

I drain 3'sIs Lopez going to be able to make it back for this series? The Suns could use his presence. If anything, he gives them more size against the Lakers, something the Suns don't have much of.
-
2quik4ui believe he will be
-
thedynasty1998I think this will be a great 7 game series. I want to say the Lakers win, but Phoenix has looked very impressive as of late.

The Lakers will cruise to the Finals. -
gibby08^^^
Cavs aren't the favorite anymore...
Phoenix is just as good as LA when they wanna be -
SQ_CraziesOh they aren't? You should inform Vegas.
-
gibby08If anything...it's a push now
They flushed their favorite status down the drain yesterday -
RotinajI have a hard time believing the lakers cruise through this series. I do think they win in 6 or 7 though.

What on Earth do the Suns have to test the Lakers?Rotinaj wrote: I have a hard time believing the lakers cruise through this series. I do think they win in 6 or 7 though.
Nothing.
The Lakers have gotten the easiest path they could have hope for to the Finals. Dodged a bullet with the Spurs in the 1st round, didn't have to play the Mavs or Nuggets. The Thunder were the 8 seed, shoulda been over in 4 but the Lakers needed a wake up call. The Jazz are solid but not great, they have no answers for the Lakers roster. The Suns are just the Jazz 2.0 and maybe not even as good. They've got a good PG and a good PF surrounded by a bunch of role players and scrubs. The Lakers can control the paint too easily for teams like the Jazz or Suns to beat them. The only way the Suns have a chance is if J-Rich goes nuts...good luck doing something you haven't done all year while Kobe is guarding you. -

They've got one of the best PG's in the league, one of the best PF's in the league, and a ton of shooters. If the Suns are knocking down there 3's, which they've been doing as of late, then they are an extremely tough team to beat.
This isn't the Suns team of old. Gentry actually has the playing defense, somewhat, and it's not all fast break either. They can actually slow it down and do well. Richardson has been playing well, and if he can keep it up, they've got their 3rd scorer that they need. Of course, the Lakers are going to cause big match-up problems down low, but Phoenix does the same when they're on offense. I really don't think Bynum or Gasol are used to coming out to the 3 point line, which they will have to do when Channing Frye is in the game. There players know their role, and rarely does anybody try to do to much.
The Suns bench will be the key in this series. The talent on their bench is way more the what the Lakers have on theirs. Plus, you've got to consider the health of Bynum and Kobe. This series could definitely go either way, but I would not be surprised at all if the Suns win it. -
Trueblue23Let's not forget the Lakers lead the NBA in defensive 3pt %
