Nice to see T.A. get quality minutes! Rondo just went OFF today and that was just something else to watch. When he has that kind of confidence there is not much else you can do. KG was solid and Ray Ray did what Jesus Shuttlesworth does.... Game 3 Was such a SICK game to watch they haven't looked that bad since the 17 win season 4 years ago! No Heart, No passion, No effort given and the first 5-6 minutes of game 4 I was thinking of shit here we go again! ... But they got the lead and hardly ever let it go for but like 1 minute..... Pierce needs to rise up like game 7 vs. Cleveland two years ago and just go head to head with LBJ and no be so tentative, that is if he can stay out of foul trouble which that has KILLED us in all 4 games so far... If we were a younger team game 5 tied at 2-2 would make me a little uneasy, But as long as they play Celtics ball I'm confident they can steal game 5 in Cleveland... But they have to want it though! -

for one, LeBron and Boobie are really close friends.
For two, it proves we do have the depth needed to compete at the highest level. Simply put, if you're not getting it done, another guy is here to take your spot.
For three, LeBron wants to win. If playing Boobie gives us a better chance, then play him. This is about winning a title, not sticking with a guy who hasn't gotten the job done in two postseasons so far.
Again, Boobie had a game against Detroit in the ECF that clinched the East for us better than ANY game Mo has had in his postseason career. Boobie was a ROOKIE.
I don't understand how he's rotting on the bench. -

LOL.. The refs killing Boston? Really? The Celtics? You're an idiot and probably the biggest homer on here.osu45804 wrote: For the LOVE OF GOD.... Gibson has gotten the shaft ever since he filled in at the point and went unbeaten.LTrain23 wrote:

I think Gibson should play 15-18 minutes....but he should be taking most of the minutes from Parker, IMO.
Right now, in addition to the poor team performance on the floor, there are internal problems. Obviously Z has had it. And after today, Shaq got all pissy in not playing in the 4th quarter.
This team has been woefully inconsistant over the past 6 weeks. Nothing like last year's team.
I still think that LBJ will will this team in beating Boston. But with the way Orlando is creaming everybody, there needs to be a shake up and soon. -
hoops23Everybody thought Cleveland was going to roll into the finals last season with the way they were creaming their first round opponent too.
I'm just asking to see Boobie more.. I was speaking out of frustration when I said Mo needs to get the hell off the court.
And Z has had it? Funny, I jsut read an interview from him yesterday which BW wrote about and how he and Boobie have accepted their roles and just "try to stay ready"
I also doubt Shaq is pissed about PT, he's accepted his role as well. -
2quik4uWell if mo isnt scoring he is worthless, he cant pass that well and he cant play defense at all he is a definite liability. If the cav's can stop Rondo then they will stop boston, I would put my best defender on him.

Better check your sources a little more. Z and Shaq are both pissed off.LTrain23 wrote: Everybody thought Cleveland was going to roll into the finals last season with the way they were creaming their first round opponent too.

hoops23Link?
All i know is the Brian Windhorst article touched on those points yesterday or the day before... I don't think there is a more RELIABLE source regarding Cavs bball than BW, sorry. -
Trueblue23So why didn't Z play at all today?

Excuse me ALL I said was being in foul trouble was killing us... Quit trying to put words into my mouth.... Excuse me for not wanting to listen to a few cocky cavs fans who have done nothing but talk shit all year long... Pretty confident for a franchise with no titles! .... I was disgusted as hell at the effort Boston brought in game 3, it was flat out terrible but you guys never see those things I say you just point out the "homer" stuff... Don't act like you saying stuff like ohh this series wont last long, them old guys wont bring much competition ... GIVE ME A BREAK... I'm called a home b/c there are only like 2-3 Celtics fans on this site and I'm the only one who constantly talks on here...... Boston has outplayed the Cavs pretty much 3 out of the 4 games and I could CARE LESS what everyone on here thinks of me and how I feel about this series b/c you know what no matter the outcome I'm a Celtics fan, always have been and always will be!!! Lets see how many cavs fans there are whenever LeBron leaves b/c I guarantee you'll see half empty arena's againLTrain23 wrote:

gibby08LTrain...I think even you can admit that the refs have been solidly in the Cavs corner this whole series
-
Footwedge^^^I wouldn't bitch about the officiating. It gets old. Your team played like shit for 3 months straight. That's why Cleveland fans gave your team little respect.

You're a dumbass.gibby08 wrote: LTrain...I think even you can admit that the refs have been solidly in the Cavs corner this whole series
Look at the fouls per team and foul shots.
This has been a pretty even series in terms of fouls. Stop fucking being a troll and go back to creating your lame ass site. -
Footwedge
What do you base that on? Other than game one, each team has shot the same number of free throws. I've seen bad calls go both ways. Today they gave LBJj an and one that was bs. I also saw Andy make a clean block in crunch time that was called a foul.gibby08 wrote: LTrain...I think even you can admit that the refs have been solidly in the Cavs corner this whole series
All in all...the series has been officited without any bias towards any team. -
wildcats20The officiating has been bad in this series from what I have seen.
Bad in both directions. It has yet to determine anything and won't the rest of the way. -
wildcats20
If you are talking about the block on KG(I think?) it was not a clean block by any mean. And seriously, KG got called for a 100% phantom foul on Andy while Andy was falling out of bounds.Footwedge wrote:

Watching the game today....I noticed a few gifts going the Cavs way. I also saw a few go the other way.
The shot that I'm talking about was 100% all ball by AV. There was no body...no nothing. It was a horrible call...one of the worst I've seen this season. To hear the Celt fans piss and moan is a joke. And the idea that LBJ gets special treatment is really obnoxious. LBJ got whistled 4 times today for fouls. -
