Belden Village Mall, but yep. Next to the Rail. I know they have a few locations in NEO. Food is good.Belly35;1847316 wrote:Is that the Scrambler's in the Westfield Mall beside the Rail

ZunardoFinished that soup today - gotta hand it to myself, I knew what I was doing when I put that together this past weekend.
Not sure about tomorrow yet, I have to take my father to his colonoscopy. You never know how long they'll keep him in the bullpen beforehand, and they usually keep him recovery longer than usual because of his age and O2 levels, so it's a morning-to-late-afternoon commitment for me.
I may see if they have anything in the hospital cafeteria - or I may decide to suffer with just a coffee. -

Thanks for clarifying. I was worried you just ate a pile of salami and cheese.friendfromlowry;1847317 wrote:I went with an actual Italian sandwich (with bread, not extra ham or cauliflower). -

Why be worried? That sounds pretty good!justincredible;1847332 wrote:Thanks for clarifying. I was worried you just ate a pile of salami and cheese.
My lunch usually is just something quick and microwavable, since I live in a small town with only 1-2 viable establishments to go to without driving a few miles, so I can just stay in the office, get shit done and get on with my regularly scheduled life. I put effort into breakfast and dinner. Usually have the same thing most mornings and nights, but its nutritional and tasty. Unless I eat out, in which case I gorge and just sort of lounge around for hours and hours. -

Bread is just empty calories. Try not eating bread, you will feel better, I guarantee it.friendfromlowry;1847317 wrote:I went with an actual Italian sandwich (with bread, not extra ham or cauliflower). -

Yeah. I have to consume about 5500 calories/day to maintain my weight. Even have a 950 calorie supplement shake I drink most days on top of my normal diet.Ironman92;1847459 wrote:All of that for lunch?
