It probably has too many carbs to be healthy for me, but that oatmeal bread sounds good right about now.
Lunch has been healthier for me this week in that I'm eating a lot more greens - lettuce, broccoli, and cauliflower. When you throw in the dressings and sauces, maybe not so much.
Did oriental stir fry two days in a row, one of them with leftover roast beef that was pretty good. The other days it's been salads with those veggies, plus some hard-boiled eggs or ham thrown in, and some sesame oil and teryaki dressing
Today it will be the same salad mix with cut-up chicken breast.
