This is a great idea. I will try next time i'm there.BR1986FB;1196680 wrote: -
OneBuckeyeI need some new shoes. I've been wearing my vibrams, but I would like something different (I think) for squats and leg press's. Also managing the stink of my vibrams is becoming a hassle. Bonus: I would like a shoe I can wear 24/7. My first thought were some minimalist running shoes but had no luck.
Thoughts, suggestions? -
Raw Dawgin' itI love the Nike Free.

I have wide feet. That is the other issue. I had some chucks before and found them skinny.BR1986FB;1208959 wrote:Chuck Taylor's -
SonofanumpI can not wear chuck due to lack of arch support.
I do need a shoe with somewhat of a toe to do pushups. -
LJOn the topic of P90x, I forgot how much I hate doing Yoga the day after doing shoulders.

LJWTF is Katie doing when they are supposed to do Pot Stirs?

AutomatikI just tried some new protein, well new to me, and thought I'd share.
BSN Syntha 6 is easily the best tasting protein I've ever had and I've tried a LOT. My friends were always hyping it up and telling me to give it a go, but I just never gave it a try. I got a can from DPS the other day and it lives up to the hype. -

The Syntha 6 is tasty but I noticed a nasty aftertaste in the stuff I got. I rarely, if ever, drink whey anymore. I'll occasionally have a casein shake before bed but two meals pretty much fills me up.Automatik;1214021 wrote:I just tried some new protein, well new to me, and thought I'd share.

AutomatikSyntha 6 is a combo of whey, isolate and casein. I like to mix it up. I also keep ON Casein handy for night shakes.

Got a pair of these. A good all purpose shoe and alternative to my stinky vibrams, when I don't want people smelling my foot stench. -

I noticed my Vibram Bikilas are getting kinda funky. Have to baby powder them and sometimes hose them down with cologne. I bought a new pair (different model but still Vibrams) for $55 but haven't broken them in yet. They do collect the odor.OneBuckeye;1219715 wrote:http://www.merrell.com/US/en-US/Product.mvc.aspx/26531M/60907/Mens/Barefoot-Run-Trail-Glove-Wide-Width?dimensions=0

Raw Dawgin' itI use nike lunarflys, i'm on my 4th or 5th pair, best sneaker i've ever owned. I do take them off though when i do dead lifts and squats.

I've gone the gold bond route. Works well betwen washes, but a wash doesn't even get the stench out. I still wear them to the gym and hiking, but not to dinner or other social settings. I like the Merrell's because i can easily wear socks.BR1986FB;1219722 wrote:I noticed my Vibram Bikilas are getting kinda funky. Have to baby powder them and sometimes hose them down with cologne. The best part is the toebox is huge so my fat ass feet fit nicely inside. Only barefoot type shoe to do so.
