Grand jurys in general and inclusive of this situation are not seated for a specific case. They see many, many cases. If a large case comes up the seated jury is often are asked to extend their term of service. That was also the case in this instance.

I haven't heard that but thank you for sharing. I wonder if someone with such a view is able to substantiate such belief in this circumstance.

I am aware that that stereotyped position exists, yes.

It's not a stereotype. I don't know any situations where blacks blame other blacks.

Whites being the reason for black peoples problems is a stereotype and is the one I was referring to.

Over in NE Ohio, Cuyahoga County, Grand Jurys are seated for 12 months, which is ridiculous. I believe there are two at any given time and they come in one day per week. Sometimes a 3rd is added depending on the case load.

Actually blacks blame other blacks for not being "black enough". Remember if you go to college, get a job, vote, and treat authority with respect you are an Uncle Tom. That is the problem with black culture; its toxic when you celebrate your criminal thugs(Trayvon, MB) and demonize your successes(RGIII, Cosby, etc.).

Taking his statement out of context. He was talking about shooting him execution style.

Yes RGIII was called that too since he votes Republican and actually speaks intelligently.

To be honest, it's hard finding mega successful black folks who aren't in Hollywood or professional sports.

I wonder if Neil Tyson Degrasse, one of the most intelligent people on the planet, is considered "black enough"?

    My guess is no.

Why is the focus on one black kid being shot by a white officer after attacking him and not the majority of black people are killed by other black people. I heard something ridiculous stat that over 90% of black murders are by other blacks.

He's not even black. He's mixed. Only in the US do people see mixed as being black. He was raised by his white mother and went to upper elite schools. He doesn't relate to 90% of black people.
