At least St Louis isn't in Ohio

Or, in other words, they have a shop in a black neighborhood and they don't want to be seen as pro-whitey.

I mean, did you actually read the article?

Lol no way they release that video without knowing it's him. Not to mention there's been no uproar from his family about it. And we all known they've seen it.

I also am laughing at these reporters saying it's like a war zone. 1) how would they know. 2) I think you should be really careful with how you say that.

This whole thing is completely fucked up.

Also, and yea I know CNN blows, but tonight everyone they interview is black. Everyone doing the interviewing is black. There is one white woman. The rest of these people are black. They never ever ever ask questions about how this situation could have been brought on by this kid. Not once. Every single interview is talking about war zone, cops going too far, innocent black kids.

Must be nice to be able to kill someone and have the penalty be losing your job. If I run over my secretary in the parking lot tomorrow, hopefully I can just agree to never work in the tech industry again.

Maybe they've been in a war zone? Many reporters have.

Yeah, I get angry when they only interview people who actually live in the effected area too. They should bus in some Washington University English lit majors to give their take on it in the interest of a cross-demographic sample.

None of these people live in the area...they're CNN reporters dumbass.

Also none of these reporters have been in a war zone. They only compare it to that... People comparing it to Gaza. You know where hundreds of people have died. Not one...
I have no idea what part of this looks like a war zone... It may look like a riot, but not a war zone.

Now the police say protestors shot each other. They had multiple shootings with protestors shooting others. Probably unarmed too..will they go crazy over that shooting, or not talk about it like they do every other shooting that happens there daily.

This moron minister they had on says in the last 6 months 4 black people have been shot by cops when they were unarmed. I'd LOVE to hear how many unarmed black people have been killed by other black people in that same time frame. But of course nobody will ask that question.

What I didn't add was it's unlikely [given "known" facts] that he would be convicted. And unless you can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the first shot wasn't justified, then what you're left with is involuntary manslaughter, at best.

I've seen absolutely nothing to suggest more than he exercised bad judgement in the line of duty. Take his badge, but not his life. Your sectretary example...puh-lease.

Is the cop's story gaining credibility? Initial autopsy reports all 6 shots struck from the front, even though witnesses were saying he was shot in the back as he was fleeing. 4 shots hit in his right arm, 2 in his head. Nothing about at what range the shots were fired at.

That may be a stretch....6 shots - if those aren't all from close range, to me that would seem to be unnecessary use of force.

What is your definition of close range? Plus, if the guy broke free from the cop after the first shot, but then re-engaged and began to run towards the cop again, he would be more than justify shooting again.

The body was I think 35ft from the cop car from what I read. Its unknown to us where the cop was when he fired the remaining shots(which from my understanding would be 5).

“The sheer number of bullets and the way they were scattered all over his body showed this police officer had a brazen disregard for the very people he was supposed to protect in that community,” Mr. Crump said.
Uhh did he look at the autopsy results, they weren't all over his body. They were all to one side in the upper half. I am curious as to if the officer was left handed or right handed.

Listen to the background conversation at the 6:30 mark. Someone says the guy ran from the cop, cop gets and chased after him. Guy turns and starts running towards cop, cop shoots again. IF that is really what happened, its a justified shooting.

...........and the amberlamps never showed up.

Of course they know it's like a war zone. Proof? Here is what a HuffPo reporter tweeted.

Nope not at all. Also the reason the media is saying that it's a war zone is that it fits their agenda.

Assuming this is accurate data, pretty much case closed for me. I'd like to get all those "eye witnesses" to sign under oath in the court room and re-tell their story. Now now, just because she's black, talks like a moron, and makes shit up doesn't make her a bad person or not credible. Don't profile bro.
