Duck Dynasty, will Phil's interview doom the show?

  I'm somewhat surprised, I was expecting at least a short-term bump.

  I know I personally took A and E off of my channel listing so I dont even see it while flipping through the channels and that is how I do most of my tv viewing.
  
  It is more of an indictment of A and E than the show I think.
  
  The ratings were sliding last year and I think their bubble has burst.
  
  It is an OK show, for "reality" tv that is. It isnt full of vulgarity, drunkedness or overly sexual and was just different than alot of the other shit on TV. The stuff was always staged, but it just was getting more and more staged as they ran out of interesting every day things that went on. THey hunt, the fish, they make duck calls and have a close family. That is it, and the show itself has ran its course.
  
  A and E suspending Phil is just going to speed up how quickly they fade into oblivian

  It is kind of hard to tell becuase it is on so often. SOrt like, for me, Pawn Stars. I am not sure if I have ever seen one that wasnt a rerun.
