Also, we are to believe that a guy like Jax, who is the president of a club who does illegal stuff, didnt read over those papers he signed??? I didnt like that. Those guys deal with the law enough to know they need to read everything before they sign it, even if it is coming from their significant others.
It was blood that she had drawn earlier in the episode.

I believe he was signing papers that stated Gemma will not get custody if Tara goes to prison. After what he believes just happened, it does not surprise me at all that he would sign them.

The blood....ahhh. Surprised I missed that. I saw her giving blood and didnt even put it together.

The papers though, I got the impression Jex was signing a divorce paper. The look Tara and the lawyer were exchanging looked like it was a scheme and he was unaware...If thats the case, lazy writing imo. It would completely clash with his character and the intelligence of him/criminals like that.

I just remember that episode or the one before (I watched both today) about how Tara told Unser not to worry about getting Jax to sign. As if she had some sort of elaborate plan to manipulate him without him knowing. Then the whole "miscarriage" played out, which led me to believe he was signing the divorce papers as well without knowing.

You may have missed it but she very quickly shoved something down her pants before it happened.

She seems to get uglier each episode.......

I thought he was signing the papers that would make it so Gemma wouldn't get custody like they talked about earlier in the episode. The big problem is now that Gemma is behind bars what's to keep Nero from flipping.

I didnt like the Tranny part I have to figure it was written quickly since they had to kill the former dectective so he could film other projects. I also didn't like how easy it was for the docks guy to get information on Jax (killing the mom) for the DA.

I believe the divorce issue is going to be at a later time. That was just the custody papers.

lol anyone who enjoyed major league 3 should be shot. WOW.

I love when bad things happen to Gemma. I thought the entire tranny scene was pretty lame, but I like how Tara is working this plan.

Good God did Adrienne Barbeau age badly or what? The tranny story was so oddly inserted, even Chibs says to Jax "You didnt think your day was going this way today didja lad?"

Thought it was creepy when he was still all over him/her when he knew she was born a male.

It was the same way last season with Venus. Tig is a freak...this is just another way to highlight it.

lol, it that movie was terrible. I was only referencing it because for some reason everytime I see Walt Goggis I picture him as Downtown Anderson. I cant NOT do it.

My assumption was that Jax was signing the papers to remove Gemma's rights as a grandparent, because her lawyer stressed it required both parent's signatures and asked if she thought she could get Jax to sign.

Better ep last night. STill a little behind their best, but next week looks to be back on track.

Last time we saw Jax wanting to go all in with Tara and do whatever it takes, he was going to leave the MC to please her, and then shit hit the fan and he stayed.....
  • Fab4Runner
I thought last night was a great episode. I don't like it when people (TARA) fuck Jax over, and I think things are going to get really crazy now. I have never really had a problem with Tara, and I do understand why she wants to get her sons away from Charming, the MC and Gemma. That said, she is being a real **** and is going about it in the worst possible way.
  • Me?
    Best show on television.

I hope Jax fucks her up.

Shit, just went to watch this and it didn't record last night. I'm so pissed.

I buy episodes on Amazon when I miss them. I have no DVR and don't usually feel like finding/waiting for a rerun.

Yeah..cannot blame her for wanting out, but man is she messed up and pretty much being in that life has done it to her.

I dont know if I really liked last night. Better than two weeks ago, but still had some hokey parts in terms of acting, storylines and actual dialogue. ALmost like they are getting lazy or running out of ideas. Wasnt bad but not as good as we have grown to expect.

Fab, since you seem to be the only one who has been watching and commenting lately.......Know the part when Gemma said that Teller was pretty much killed because he wanted to get out of running guns for the irish? Think that was said as some sort of foreshadowing that Jax is gonna run into some big shit for trying to do the same thing?

I didnt know if I wanted to laugh or yell wtf at the Clay scene.
  • GoChiefs
I think it's obvious that Jax is going to run into shit. I just don't see the Irish making it as easy as they are. Galen's gonna cause some problems too.

Oh yaeh..i wonder though if that comment was made on purpose to foreshadow it all or just explaining about Teller. Guess will never know..just thought it was interesting.
  • Fab4Runner
I think it was foreshadowing, but I also think it shows just how hard it has been for Jax to move the club away from the gun business. His father was killed just to keep them in it, and he has had to go against a lot to even get to this point. I think it proves that despite some of his recent decisions, he really does want what's best for the club and his family, and that he wants to make their business(es) legit.

Now that Clay is no longer a member, I don't think he has to worry about someone in his own club killing him in order to stop things, but it definitely seems to point to the Irish making things harder. I get that the whole point of the show is to see all of the hardships and conflict that comes with being in SAMCRO and specifically being the President, but it would be nice for Jax and everyone else to experience some sort of peaceful time period, no matter how short.
  • thavoice
    Good points.

Now I know Clay had to act like that I supposed to be put into that psych or whatever ward he was in to be able to get a call...but was it just me or was that awkward to watch?
  • sportchampps
It was actually pretty funny to watch
  • Nate
When that scene came on, with Clay throwing the fit, I had a feeling he was going to say ***** a lot and he did.
