  Sure, but you're still talking hundreds of homes and businesses. And obviously there won't be enough hotels even in neighboring towns to put up the workers. I'd still be shocked if most people are back in their homes inside of 2 years.

  Every contractor I can think of around St Paris owns a trailer-camper. Every RV park within a certain mile radius will be full.
