I think the older brother was part of a Chechen terrorist cell, but I think the younger brother was just going along with it

Granted that was our nation's calling card 200 yrs ago...unfortunately that "give me your huddled masses..." shit don't work today Sparky.
Do you even know what Martin's mom wants? I don't, but if you have some type of factual evidence that she wants to ban all people that come from countries that hate America to never come here, then please show me. I'm not sure that you do, seeing as how she suffered a serious brain injury during the attack and I'm guessing isn't in the proper condition to be releasing statements. Otherwise, your whole argument is based on assuming you know what one person might think.

This is exactly what I think. The younger kid, from what we know of him and the people who knew him, just seems like he decided to do this out of nowhere. I think the older brother was part of something else entirely. Reports are already indicating that Tamerlan may have been taking orders, whether directly or indirectly, from a radical Muslim cleric named Feiz Mohammed.

If thats the case, its interesting that the FBI checked into him and couldnt find anything.

I'd be interested to know why Russia wanted him looked into to begin with. You'd think they had to know something.

It's like how people can launder money for years while being investigated and the FBI and IRS don't figure it out until something goes to shit. In other words, he was most likely communicating with those who were so far removed from the known terrorists, that he brought suspicion, but nothing more. To be investigated by 2 countries, you have to be doing some pretty suspicious stuff. Becoming more and more religious, traveling to a country all of a sudden where terrorists pretty much run things. Making bombs that are the exact same as the IED's used in the middle east, with the same tactic (set one off, then have another in the direction you know people are going to flee to). There is more evidence to him being associated with these groups than not.

Booyah! The photo everyone thought was of him surrending is really him climbing into the boat on Friday night...just like I called it. Suck on that Lowery!

This was never, in my view, in question. No way he was walking around mid-day carrying IEDs, grenades and guns while leaving behind a trail of blood. So, again, the police were never anywhere close to finding this guy. Had he not been injured and left traces of blood behind, he leaves the boat the next night and we possibly never hear from him again. Remember, he was already outside of the perimeter and already proved he could out-wit the authorities.

The photo is from a surveillance camera near the backyard of the property where the boat was located and it shows Dzhokhar Tsarnaev entering the sea vessel at night.

It's being broadcast on all the news channels, but I can't find an online link. I am also very unmotivated as a general rule.

Looking for link. Just saw it on the news.
Show the photo. I still maintain he wasn't there the entire time.

That required way more work than I anticipated on doing today, by the way. Lol.

All day is a pretty vague term. If they searched the guy's place in the very early morning, then maybe he was there all "daylight". But the homeowner noticed the shed or backdoor open, so presumably that occurred at some point during the day AFTER they searched.

He may very well have been in that boat for 5-6 hours or more. But curiously enough, with everyone in lock down it may not have been as hard to move around as you think. 9000 police officers (most of them only holding the perimeter) is probably less people than would normally be on the street in an area that size, and it's not like locals are sitting there looking out their windows for the guy.

Look at the picture. He entered the boat at night. He wasn't going to and fro from the boat during the day.

Congratulations. But let's remember: I was never arguing with you about when he entered the boat. In fact, I've never brought it up, because I don't care. I was asking you how you know what Martin Richard's mother wanted, since you seem to know. Arguing on the internet is hard sometimes, I get it. But if you could at least keep track of who's debating what, that'd make this a little bit easier. So try again.

Based on the evidence of the hundreds of cell phone videos made from people's windows throughout Boston trying to get a peek at the happenings going on outside, I disagree. This guy was carrying guns, IEDS and explosives, according to reports. And bleeding all over the place. He wasn't walking around during the day.

Very well, although I think that time stamp cannot be accurate at 12:37AM, but it looks like nighttime.

All we ever saw were shots of the perimeter. There weren't people standing outside, or probably at windows all day, in the interior. Still plenty of cover to move around. The only thing that really raises your risk of being seen in day vs night is more people active and on the streets, but it was locked down.

Maybe he had all his gear in the boat, I haven't heard. But I never thought he was running around all night with all his gear - he would have ditched that because it slowed him down and prevented stealth.

It looks like several of us here might be right about a larger organization having at least a hand in this. These guys were trained very well. The younger brother toyed with police despite only having half the blood of them.

I don't think that is a timestamp. I think it's the time from a recording.
