  I don't care for wrestling, in fact I find it insanely boring, but no way should it be cut from the Olympics.

  Of ALL the sports in the Olympics I can't believe they chose to get rid of this one. I'm not a huge fan of watching freestyle or greco. It bores me more often then not, I prefer folkstyle. Regardless, I think it should be there, it's a classic event.

  On a serious note. Wrestling, in NO way, should be eliminated from the Olympics. Just like they shouldn't have done away with baseball.

  My hatred for most sports stems from my work. I broadcast sports and Wrestling is painfully boring for us and takes quite a bit of time. Plus, it isnt structured for TV well, though it isnt as bad as some others. For instance, we get a pin in the first round, we have to wait till the other mats are cleared till the next match starts. Well, that blows when you are live and have to fill with nothing for 10 minutes. Thus, my hatred for wrestling...simple as that lol. Nothing more.
  
  I do love that it has a clock though. After working in television, all sports without a clock should be abandoned.

  I find most wrestling broadcasts are bad because the commentators have no idea what's going on. But put someone like (just an example) Randy Couture in and he'd be able to constantly explain what's going on kind of like Rogan does for bjj in the UFC.

  but then you get some of them who know it really well and try to make it known they know it well by pointing out every single little flaw and it gets a bit annoying..but anyways....
