lhslep134I'll be playing Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday--basically all the days left until classes start up again. Unfortunately it's expensive now as the snowbirds have started to flock out to Tucson, but I need to get my fix in before reality sets back in.

I proved it's the user and not the equipment that makes the difference. -

One of the better golfers where I played growing up used that generic "putt lefty or righty" putter....and he was deadly with it.....he was a 5 handicap.
I was down to a 2 handicap just out of high school using Golden Bear clubs....I still carry the 3 wood (1986) -

I used my old mans Wilson Staff FG17's and a bullseye putter and laminate woods until I could afford my own set. I got pretty good with the fg's. I tried to hit them last year and they were harsh lol. To anyone who says golf clubs don't matter has never hit a set of butterknivesIronman92;1357046 wrote:One of the better golfers where I played growing up used that generic "putt lefty or righty" putter....and he was deadly with it.....he was a 5 handicap.

TiernanLeave tomorrow for the annual SW FL Senior Collegiate Championship which OSU (myself and partner) has won 3 straight years over the team from WVU. This year UNC has a team entered. We will abolutely butt rape the Tar Heels. Also known as the annual drunkathon.

Classyposter58Just bought this yesterday...
Sadly sounds like 3 weeks until driving ranges open up here. I know down in Cincy temps are around 40-50 this time of year, while here we we're still lucky to break freezing right now. Ground is still frozen -

Classyposter58Played Auglaize out in Defiance today, shot an 87 which isn't too bad. Was a lot crisper on Tuesday when I shot 39 on the front at Heatherdowns

oberhausSure was sloppy there. Almost every drive backed up. Lol.
-
oberhaus2 rounds in the books. Shot better the second then the first. If that continues next round then it's a trend. I'm just looking for improvement each round.
