  got mine updated..i like the notification bar. cant find the imessage though..i thought it was built into the message app, but dont see anything different.

  try restarting your computer, i could not update my ipad but once restarted my computer it updated.

  I like the imessaging. For some reason when a friend of mine messages me though, his email address appears instead of his phone contact.

  There was always a way to have the "Find my iPhone" option. You had to go to mobile.me and set it up I believe..

  You just text somebody you know that has the updated iOS for the iPhone/iPad, and it will automatically come up as imessage. Your texting turns blue instead of green.
