Elite 8: (2) Kansas State vs. (5) Butler
-
NonHayward to the goal
what a save
Butler's hustle does it again
60-54 -
killer_ewokSo far in the NCAA tournament......all of Butler's opponents have been held under 60 points. Now, K-State has to do what hasn't yet been done just to get to overtime.
-
devil1197Hayward is tough
-
Mulva
Agreed. He is so bad. They need to pair him up with Bobby Knight so they can take turns seeing who can point out the more obvious observation in a totally bland way while we all watch on mute (with the Gus Johnson soundboard of course).reclegend22 wrote: Lenny Elmore is a fucking moron. -
Nonwinner will almost certainly play in the first semifinal next Saturday
if Kentucky or Duke remain they'll be in the second game -
Laley23Butler looked out of bounds on that save.
-
killer_ewokButler is going to the Final Four.
-
Laley23Butler to the Final Four. Wow.
-
NonButler all over the place
defense does it again -
mallymal614Horrible possession.
-
Laley23They could be in the championship game. I think MSU or UT will be hard pressed to beat them in Indy.
-
MulvaThey controlled this game the entire way. Absolutely deserving.
-
devil1197This is great for Butler!
-
Nonunbelievable
-
mallymal614Glenn Mason?

NonHow many students are enrolled at Butler?
They should all be there. -
killer_ewokWell, my Orange lost to a pretty damn good team. The Butler does it again.

Did you mean George Mason? Glen Mason was the Minnesota Golden Gophers football coach several years ago. LOLmallymal614 wrote: Glenn Mason? -
mallymal614Butler's coach looks like he is 15 years old.
-
Laley23hahahaha
"Well we were going back to Indy regardless Len"
Its like he knew Len Elmore was against him all game! -
mallymal614

royal_kButler is very impressive. Definately rooting for them.
And playiing in their home city should be huge. -
Laley23
That place is going to be SOOOO full of Hoosiers cheering on Butler. Purdue, ND, Indiana, Butler, Indiana St, Ball St, etc fans will all be cheering for Butler. When the FF is in Indy a lot of casual basketball fans in the state go regardless. Now they have a serious rooting interest. Indy is gonna be buzzing with Butler fever for the next week. I wouldnt be surprised if it was 65% pro Butler in LOS.Non wrote: How many students are enrolled at Butler?

devil1197Butler is more established to George Mason and I don't think its really comparable.
Butler has been somewhat consistent with their good play, but this year they are just turning it up a notch.
