Pretty crazy that 5 losses in the acc could win the conference. Also I'm hoping for an Irish win and a duke win ;) lol

Same. Then it's first weekend of march madness the week after, which is probably the best weekend ever.

Also, you should get in on the pick em for the tournament.
Yeah, I'm hoping Azubuike is right and Carolina plays one of its best games of the year. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that much will change if Carolina continues to let Duke destroy them from the perimeter.

Gonna pass on the tourney pick 'em. Thanks for asking though.

Yeah, I'm still hoping four losses is what wins it. lol

I think it does show the overall strength of the conference as a whole. There are really about 12 teams that can be dangerous at any given time, and winning on the road has been extremely difficult.

Carolina wins the ACC regular season title. Which is a banner title, but also a better judge of who is the best in the conference.

No, no, no. They're not the real ACC Champ.

    Dumb foul

One of the best all around games I've watched all year.

Joel Berry turned the light on tonight and never looked back.

    Typical Duke outcome for 2016-17.

Tatum kind of cost Duke the game. The guy just really forces it and struggles to convert too often to be a "superstar." Nobody likes him, but how does Grayson Allen only take 4 shots? Kennard was great, as always. Harry Giles? It's a crime really how Coach K and his handlers basically forced him to play. The guy does nothing but miss assignments and get in the way.

Also, Luke Kennard is a fucking stud. So damn good.

You are wrong. Quit being so bitter. Who cares....every Duke fan would switch season success with UNC

Rec used to harp about that all the time. It was a joke.

Joel Berry was spectacular tonight. He definitely made up for Jackson having an off night.

Isaiah Hicks came through with a huge game on his senior night after struggling the last few games.

Kennard should be the ACC POY. He's ridiculous.

Never thought Kennard would do what he is doing.

See I did. He seemed like a more skilled version of Diebler in HS and it shows now. Kid is a total beast

They are not remotely the same type of player.

They are both white guys from Ohio, they are virtually twins.

Forgot to mention last night that the Carolina coaching staff finally decided to force Duke to beat them a different way. They ran Duke off the three point line much more than usual, and forced them to drive to the rim.

In the first game, Duke made 13 threes to Carolina's 4. A difference of 27 total points. Last night, Duke made 7 threes to Carolina's 6. A difference of only 3 points.

Duke did live at the free throw line because they were driving more, making 28 of 35 free throw attempts to Carolina's 16 of 21. However, the reward was worth the risk. A total discrepancy of only 15 points in free throws/threes made, compared to a difference of 30 points in the first game. This is the formula to beat Duke, in my opinion. Glad to see Roy try a little bit different approach this time around.

UNC always more athletic....tough for Dukies to finish. If UNC was a bit more willing to make them finish without fouling the margin would've been more comfortable.

Shocked that Kennard was 4th in the voting.

Interesting that Pastner won COY. His team finished 11th overall, but did have some big wins.
