Ironman92Kansas 2/15 from 3 but KSU can't rebound
-
SportsAndLadyThe fuck was wrong with his knee?
-
SportsAndLadyThis is where Bill Self is such a good coach...he's got fricken Connor Frankamp and Brennan Greene out there in OT in a close game on the road. Knows he's going to need them next year, so he gives them valuable minutes
They're going to lose this game, but it's pretty meaningless really. Always planning ahead -
Ironman92Kansas in trouble but still a lot of time.....2 KSU players out with injury.
Should be Wiggins time for KU -
Ironman92
Looked like a bulge in his muscle just below the knee....weirdSportsAndLady;1578891 wrote:The fuck was wrong with his knee? -

He's played well, that's not what I meant.Ironman92;1578896 wrote:Greene has 10 points
What I mean, is he is 10th on the team in minutes. Yet he's playing in this game, at this time. Frankamp is 11th on the team. Both getting big time minutes in a big game. -
Ironman92
Yeah....I got what you meant but was surprised he was in double digitsSportsAndLady;1578901 wrote:He's played well, that's not what I meant.

Never had a cramp before guys?? Lol. That's what it is. The muscle cramps up and essentially constricts into a ball. Has to be massaged back out. They fucking kill. And if you get one, you're likely to keep getting them until you comptely rest and hydrate your body overnight.Ironman92;1578894 wrote:Looked like a bulge in his muscle just below the knee....weird -

I've never seen it lumped into a ball like that. Idk lolLaley23;1578908 wrote:Never had a cramp before guys?? Lol. That's what it is. The muscle cramps up and essentially constricts into a ball. Laley23Onto a more important question...why didnt Embiid play at all??
-
Midstate01I got a cramp like that one time after a softball tourney. We went out to eat and in the middle of eating it hit me and I had this huge ball in the back of my leg. I looked like a huge idiot in the restaurant. I had to stand at the bar to eat, couldn't sit back down. Then the next morning I had a bruise.
Tonight was a great game. I have enjoyed watching Kansas all year to watch Wiggins. Just keep waiting for him to take over but he doesn't move that great without the ball. It will all come for him at some point. -
Laley23I used to get cramps like that all the time in summer league. Those games where you were playing in a warehouse with no AC and like 10 courts, AAU style. It was 140 degrees, and no matter how hydrated I was, the heat and humidity got me. I would get at least 1 a weekend (games on Sat/Sun) one summer when it was 100 outside...and thus at least 130 in the "gyms".

He's injured. Self just said in his presser that he will not play in this weekend's game. Sorry lolLaley23;1578911 wrote:Onto a more important question...why didnt Embiid play at all?? -
Laley23And my chances went from slim to 1%

Midstate01I have this Kansas friend out here, and his FB is unbearable tonight. Going on and on and on about how KU has class and KSU has none because they rush the floor..blah blah blah. This holier than thou shit is ridiculous. I asked him about how KU football rushed the field when they had 1 win.. no response. Moron. Those kids from KSU were having fun, hell yea rush the court, you finally beat KU and it rarely happens, so enjoy it!

Yeah that's dumb. A lot of KU fans can be insufferable. I just ignore those people because there are a lot of good KU fans out there.Midstate01;1578926 wrote:I have this Kansas friend out here, and his FB is unbearable tonight. Unfortunately every fan base has insufferable fans and they usually tend to be the most vocal (not talking about crowd noise at games).SportsAndLady;1578960 wrote:Yeah that's dumb. A lot of KU fans can be insufferable. I just ignore those people because there are a lot of good KU fans out there. -
reclegend22The only impact of this loss on KU is making it more difficult for the Jayhawks to garner a top seed. If KU wins out, meaning they win both the Big XII regular-season and post-season, they could still get one. With 7 or 8 losses, though, I doubt it. Plenty of teams have received top seeds with 7 losses, but with Arizona, Florida, Syracuse and Wichita State all with 2 losses or fewer, KU would probably be on the short end, especially with Michigan State, San Diego State, Villanova, Duke and possibly Louisville still in the hunt.
If Kansas ends up as a two seed, it should be in Wichita's bracket (assuming the Shockers remain unbeaten). Would love to see that (not that they'd ever meet). -
SportsAndLadyYeah I don't really care about getting a 1 seed, as there really is very little difference in a 1 or 2 seed, and like you said Rec there are too many teams at 0-2 losses itd be tough to justify ku getting a spot higher than one of them.
I would love to see Wichita state v Kansas. God damn that would be awesome.
