Ironman92Shitty refereeing today IMO. The OB wrong call with 35 seconds left down 3 in the Syracuse game was possibly the worst call I have ever seen.....and at a huge moment.
OSU/Loyola are not good. The 4th foul on Williams was inexcusable and they have the quick whistle ready on OSU the 2nd half, maybe trying to even the fouls up (hate when refs even think about that)
I've not watched as much as many today, but not impressed with what I've seen. -

To echo the past 2 posts, why not? I think Ohio State could be really fun to watch next year without Sully and Buford. Maybe not better, but Thomas would have some huge nights. If Thomas goes pro Ohio State is a borderline top 25 team, but with him I think they're still top 10.robj55;1117940 wrote:god I hope not
After seeing your post I agree, lol, but I would rather have Thomas back than Sully. -
Tiger2003I think today is pretty damn boring.

That is, if Thomas stays.LJ;1117936 wrote:Personally I think Sully goes pro and Thomas will be the offensive focus next year
I will say that I didn't know about the guy until the first game I saw him play last year, where we went off for like 20 something points. I saw something special that night, and obviously, he didn't do as well as that game the rest of the reason. However, since he's really improved his shot selection, the guy is great. Like mentioned before, he is our best player. Sully is too much of a black hole on offense to have that title. -

If Sully leaves we have Thomas as a proven scorer and then who exactly? He's not going to score 30 a game.Terry_Tate;1117946 wrote:To echo the past 2 posts, why not? gorocks99Looks like I'll go 13-3 or 12-4 on day one, pending the result of the UNLV game. Lost on Wichita, UConn, and West Virginia thus far, and losing on UNLV.

Ross will also see the floor and if Williams can act like he cares, he will be a force inside. You're right, would be a very fun team to watch.Terry_Tate;1117946 wrote:To echo the past 2 posts, why not? I think Ohio State could be really fun to watch next year without Sully and Buford. They aren't top 10 if Sully leaves.Terry_Tate;1117946 wrote:To echo the past 2 posts, why not? I think Ohio State could be really fun to watch next year without Sully and Buford. robj55Thomas is not our best player. I'll put it this way, Sully gets doubled, Thomas does not. Sully allows Thomas to have space on the floor to play 1 on 1.

I have 3 brackets, 1 loss in all of them so far. You know what that means? 5+ losses tomorrow. lol -
Tiger2003What's all this "IF" Sully leaves? Y'all really think there is any chance he stays?
-
Azubuike24UNLV is getting blown out...wow.

Who knows, but OSU fans are foolish to want him to leave because they think our team would be "exciting". We would be very mediocre without him.Tiger2003;1117959 wrote:What's all this "IF" Sully leaves? Y'all really think there is any chance he stays? -
gorocks99
That's usually how it goes. I think a few years ago I went 16-0 on the first day and then like ... 10-6 the second. My bracket for the first few rounds comes down to Belmont beating Georgetown ... I have the Bruins in the Sweet 16.Automatik;1117958 wrote:VCU got me too.

They look atrocious on the offensive end. Just jacking up crap shots left and right.Azubuike24;1117960 wrote:UNLV is getting blown out...wow.
Also helps that Colorado is shooting lights out. -

I dunno who wants him to leave, I think most are facing the reality that he is most likely gonerobj55;1117961 wrote:Who knows, but OSU fans are foolish to want him to leave because they think our team would be "exciting". We would be very mediocre without him. -
wildcats20Really expected a better effort from UNLV.

Tiger2003Thomas has a new career high.

Ironman92BTW....Len Elmore sucks. Maryland bias much?
-
robj55
He's still a buckeye as of now and has a lot to work on still, wouldn't shock me to see him stay at least one more year.LJ;1117965 wrote:I dunno who wants him to leave, I think most are facing the reality that he is most likely gone -
ironman02
Elmore is garbage. He doesn't even attempt to hide his favortism during a game. He also thinks he's officiating the game, rather than providing commentary.Ironman92;1117969 wrote:BTW....Len Elmore sucks. Maryland bias much? -
Tiger2003Do I want Sully gone no! But I am not dumb the dude is gone and I'm okay with it.
