Azubuike24Tim Abromaitis' return was short-lived it looks like. He tore his ACL in today's practice and is out for the season. He's already in his 5th season this year and you have to wonder if he will be able to get the 6th year waiver.
-
karen lotzYep just saw that. Really sucks for him and the team is going to be really young now. They are going to be BAD in the Big East.
-
Azubuike24Would hope he would apply for a 6th year. However, I can't imagine what goes through a player's head after an injury like that knowing it's a whole year of waiting to get back on the floor. That's a lot of practice and required work to put in...

JugheadOhio Bobcats giving #7 Louisville Cardinals a heck of a game. 37-32 (Louisville) at the under 12 timeout (in the second half)
-
Azubuike24Louisville wins by 5. Watched pretty much the entire game and OU definitely got a bit homered by the refs, especially at the end. The Siva "block" was ridiculous. Either way, OU looks to be pretty good and filled with a lot of guys who are fun to watch. D.J. Cooper was very impressive, as is former Mr. Kentucky basketball Ricardo Johnson and former Gahanna star Stevie Taylor. Walter Offutt, transfer from Ohio State is also there. Good showings thus far for the MAC with Kent State, Akron, Miami and Ohio. Toledo and Eastern Michigan are also improved (although it's hard not to be).

Little DannyMarshall topples UC at 5/3 tonight in OT: 73-69.
The Thundering Herd goes to 5-0, UC is 3-2.
The Mick Cronin haters are starting to surface again. -

Ouch it sucks this was the year for him to be the main guy. He has all the tools to be a top player in the big east. Definitely a tough loss for notre dame -

Originally signed(or verballed) to Penn State right? Or am I thinking of someone else who signed with them then changed schools. Whoever it was, was a Columbus kid.Laley23;985232 wrote:You must've been baked. Cause Bilas said a few times Trey Burke is really good. Surprised he left Columbus for AA. Or Trey Burke, I see why he was Mr. Basketball in Ohio. -
cats gone wildThe new top 25. UK is new #1, OSU is new #2 while UNC drops to #5.

So, this week we have #2 OSU vs #4 Duke, and #1 UK vs #5 UNC. Great week for bball. -
MulvaXavier and Vandy going to OT tied at 66. Tu Holloway only 4/19 shooting, so a little surprised X has hung in on the road.

Not saying you two are, but people seem to mistake Shurna and Coble. Same players, white, goofy looking, goofy playing lol.Crimson streak;995103 wrote:Is he really? I swear he's been there for 10 years -

That's usually nw whole team lol -
MulvaI remember seeing Shurna his freshman year and not being able to believe he was a Division 1 player. He looked like a geek whose dad made him play basketball to seem more like a normal kid.
I couldn't believe Matt Howard was a Division 1 player either. He put up decent numbers his freshman year, but he looked like a rec baller the way he just flipped ridiculous shots up as he stumbled across the lane.
They both turned out pretty well though. Shurna is a baller. -
JugheadOhio Bobcats up on the undefeated Marshall Thundering Turd by 9 at halftime, 36-27. Apparently the game against Louisville wasn't a fluke

robj55The MAC East is pretty damn good this year

MulvaDrexel with a 13 point loss to St. Joseph's. Now 2-3 on the year. Not really seeing why this team was picked to win the CAA, but obviously still a long way to go.
-
wildcats20lol at myself.
I thought that said Buffaloes, as in Colorado. But still.
