There were several people on here who said, Tressel groomed him and that he always says the right things. Dude has been bad news from day 1 and the general population at OSU can't stand the guy.

First thing I said this morning was that Fickell should just cut him loose along with the others.

I always questioned his attitude. Also criticized the schemes because tp has talent for days and the results never stacked up like they should've.

    Got BLASTED for both.

That level will have to be the UFL, CFL or AFL because he's no NFL QB.

I'm talking about when some of us said stuff about TP playing a part in bringing down the program. You always told us that we were mad at the wrong guy and that Tress was who we should be mad at.

I knew, and I am guessing the others did too... That there was more to the story and that TP was on the take

"Fine" QBs don't win 2 BCS MVPs.

And what supporting cast you talking about? I see next to no NFL talent on TP's teams.

I do think he will be a poor NFL QB though.

Ive liked him on the field, but was adamant he should not have played in the Sugar Bowl. LOL Who cares, right?

One major FLAW with Tressel is that he lets his STAR player get away with about anything. Clarrett, Smith and now Pryor. Instead of using them as an example, riding them hard, which would send a message to the rest of the team, he gave them tons of free rane to do what they wanted.

Yup. Some guy wrote an article I read the other day where he said what would your opinion of Mack Brown be if Vince Young, Cedric Benson, and Colt McCoy had been found guilty of NCAA violations. Or Urbay Meyer with Tim Tebow, Percy Harvin, and Chris Leak. Yet Tressel has had problems with Clarett, Smith, and Pryor yet was able to maintain his image until it was found that he lied to the NCAA.

He can't throw a 25 yard out....kind of a nice thing to be able to do if you're an NFL quarterback.

Are you serious? You spent months ripping me because I said all along Pryor is a thug and Tressle is an idiot. Now you are on the new regime bandwagon like you wanted this all along? You my friend are a fair weathered idiot yourself.

Someone on another board brought this up. I dont remember hearing anything about shoes being stolen...

From WBNS-10TV Columbus: Players' Shoes Stolen From Ohio State Football Locker Room (Saturday, November 20, 2010)
School officials said 10 pairs of shoes were stolen from the locker room, including some belonging to Terrelle Pryor, Daniel Herron, Cameron Heyward, Chimdi Checkwa and Devier Posey.

The thief stole four pairs of shoes belonging to Pryor alone, 10TV News reported.

The university said the thefts were likely an inside job, and added that Web sites like eBay and Craigslist were being watched in case the shoes are put up for sale.

From SI article: SI investigation reveals eight-year pattern of violations under Tressel (Monday, May 30, 2011)
Ellis (an anonymous former employee of the busted Columbus tattoo shop) estimates that Pryor alone brought in more than 20 items (to trade for tattoos), including game-worn shoulder pads, multiple helmets, Nike cleats, jerseys, game pants and more. One day Ellis asked Pryor how he was able to take so much gear from the university's equipment room. Ellis says the quarterback responded, "I get whatever I want."

This was put out about the same time as the Lantern story. I get the same vibe that tOSU is distancing itself from the subject.
