No. First of all it's lhs, and second of all I'm focused on you being an idiot. The fact the idiocy comes in the form of a Michigan fan only adds to the enjoyment. Now please, entertain me with the task I asked of you.

You are only proving that you are a classless DB. But thanks for playing.

I don't need to provide links. It is known fact that the NCAA can add additional sanctions. Even your fellow Buckeyes understand this. You cannot seem to grasp it.

    No no no. You said
That is false. It's been discussed.
. Now please provide links where LOIC was discussed. If I am a DB, you are a total fool.

Rather be a fool, than a DB. I'm not wasting my time finding links to the obvious, just to prove your dumbass is wrong.

I'm pretty sure, from reading what you have posted today, that you are the dumbass

In what way am I dumb or wrong? Now you're throwing out hilarious words and I'M a DB? HA

Now please, show me some links to show where LOIC was discussed, otherwise you're wrong.

Haha. OMG this IS getting hilarious. I'm glad I could be a distraction for you guys during your time of mourning.

This is what you were wrong about. Plain and simple.

lhslep134;785065 wrote:NO are you kidding me? Are you that ignorant to the NCAA process? In the hearing scheduled for August the accusations have already been announced. Boise is going to a hearing for lack of institutional control and Ohio State is not. I guess your hatred of OSU has led you to a land of ignorance.

The NCAA said that lack of institutional control could be added to what they had laid out in the LOA. Maybe your bias got in the way of reading the stuff that came out.

Go back to around the time the Notice of Allegations was sent to OSU. There was discussion on possible LOIC by the NCAA, and they also said OSU could be seen as repeat violator as well.

    I know who it is!!!
  • Speedofsand
OSU will never lose to Michigan.

They are hiring Rich Rod. Nobody knows how to beat Michigan better than Rich Rod.

They could treat Ohio State as a repeat violator but I just don't see them doing it.

Please show us the link to this. I could be wrong, but I don't recall the NCAA ever mentioning this. To the contrary, I thought they said OSU as a university did what anyone should do as far as contacting them, reporting it, and working with the NCAA.
I'll be happy to admit I was wrong if you can show me differently.

WebFire;785241 wrote:I agree. I never said they would get LOIC. Just was pointing out the they can still get it despite the allegations.

I posted earlier somewhere, that if the sanctions were handed down today, very little to no additional punishment would be handed down. If more comes out (re: SI story) and the NCAA digs up more, then additional punishment could be handed down.

    Shut up now troll.

I don't know what you are arguing. Web said all along that he was talking about whatever else may come out changing things. And he isn't the only one speculating on what this mystery article about the "culture" of the program may mean to the big picture.

    http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2011/writers/andy_staples/05/30/Jim.Tressel.OSU/index.html?eref=sihp&sct=hp_t11_a2
Just because the NCAA hasn't accused Ohio State of a failure to monitor or the dreaded lack of institutional control doesn't mean those charges are off the table. The enforcement staff could cancel Ohio State's August hearing before the Committee on Infractions, add more accusations and reschedule the hearing for a later date. Any new accusations probably would attack the program instead of the coach.

And lhslep claims to be in law school? Holy shit man, if you are going to be a lawyer you better start getting a better reading comprehension. Webfire has REPEATEDLY stated that LOIC could also be added depending on what else comes out, not that it would be or that it has been discussed; just that it is a possibility still. What is so hard to understand?

In his book, Urban's Way. The 3rd job was Michigan. Things change, books get outdated. That was before his stress/health issues.
