I follow Pryor on Twitter, and maybe I just miss them, but I've not seen any "ignorant" things he has posted. Can someone provide examples? I did however see him accept an invitation to talk to some military recruits, what an ass.

Lol wait, so let me get this straight..you actually do think that if someone doesn't know one small detail about the game of football, they are thus unknowledgeable about the sport? You've got to be kidding me?

You're also kidding yourself about his legacy. The guy will be remembered for being the only QB to collect 4 wins against Michigan..multiple BCS wins..multiple BCS MVPs..possible National Championship..most decorated OSU QB in their history in terms of stats and accomplishments. Sure, this tattoo thing isn't good; but it's not like he's committing felonies left and right. He sold some of his shit. If you really care that much about it, all i can really say is lighten up francis.

What I mean by "on his own" is that he accounts for most of the offense. He is either passing the ball or running the ball..with a good amount of handoffs thrown in there...but the defense must also respect his running ability on the play action, so a lot of Boom's (or whoever the RB is) carries are wide open runs because the defense opens up. I don't know the stats, but I would guess TP accounts for more than 60% of the offense. That's doing it "on his own." Yes, he has good players around him, but the offense revolves around Pryor.

As for "done it with stats" I mean he is becoming one of the better QBs in OSU history because he has done it with stats..whereas, previous successful OSU QBs have done it simply by not messing up and allowing the other playmakers on offense to make the plays. Huge difference between Pryor getting it done and Krenzel getting it done, wouldn't you agree?

And LJ already mentioned it, but you're seriously going to compare this situation to Art Schlichter's?

S&L, you make some good points, and statistically he will go down as one of the most prolific QB's in OSU history--I'm not arguing that. All I'm saying is that his legacy will not be determined solely on his stats. I would love nothing more than to go undefeated this season and shove all this BS back in the haters faces, that TP has an awesome season, and that all the other crap works itself out and we can move on. That being said, I'm ready for the Braxton Miller Era to begin--just sayin'

If you're going to bash Pryor, you should also be bashing Herron, Posey, Adams and Thomas as well. They all did the exact same thing. Does Pryor deserve blame, yes, but no more than the rest of the guys.

Yes I don't know ALL the things I could know about football, mostly the Xs and Os aspect, but I know well enough to see a great talent, and Pryor is definitely that. Your personal hatred for him has shunned this light from you.

His legacy in your eyes will be tainted because of his off the field issues...but to many other Buckeye fans. You're going to be a minority.
