Sweet 16: (4) Kentucky vs. (1) Ohio State

Surprised no topic about this yet, so I will start one. Who you got and by how much. OSU is looking good while UK is struggling.

Who you got? The LSU Wildcats?

    +1

I'll say the Bucks will be favored by double digits. If OSU plays like they have been for a while now, KY will have trouble. But it's that time and (no big scoop) anything can happen. KY is very athletic but they will need to be very efficient on offense to keep up.

Youth can't beat experience when experience is equally as talented.
  • Automatik
UK is talented, but but not as talented as OSU.

I'm fairly confident OSU will take care of business.

Opening line is something like 5 points (OSU favored).

At this point in the tournament, I doubt we'll be seeing 30 point wins, anymore.

I just hope Ohio State can keep the hot shooting hand going, because it makes them damn near unbeatable with their inside game in combo.

I see this one coming down to the wire. UK has good length, but OSU has been lights out on offense lately. Sully should be able to work down low. Excited to see the Craft/Knight matchup.

I'll take the Bucks by 5.

If Kentucky would happen to win the game it's because OSU couldn't stop Brandon Knight and the OSU guards couldn't get the kind of looks they have the past couple games. Sully will have a tougher job down low also...I hope OSU comes out with the W but I can see it coming down to a last one possession game and having one of the two teams' superstars making a play to win the game. I dont think Diebler or Lighty will be able to go perfect from 3 either haha

Tight game with either team winning VERY late or OSU hitting shots and winning by 17+

Very similar teams if you consider the body of work as a whole.

Great talent, great outside shooting, doesn't turn the ball over, not deep and very good on the boards.

The difference is Sullinger. The only way UK wins is to shut down the outside shooting of OSU. Sullinger can go for 30 and 15 but if Diebler/Buford/Lightly are on fire, it's over.

Liggins on Buford, Craft on Knight. Might be the best 2 one on one match-ups of the Tournament.

I suck but what day and time? Lol
  • Mulva
Sullinger should eat Harrellson alive. If Craft can lock Knight down then the Buckeyes should be in good shape.

I agree, but if OSU is hot....I see them winning by 10-15, not 17+. Big factor for UK is if T Jones decides to play his A game for the first time in tourney.
