Michigan vs. Mississippi State in Gator Bowl

  • Trueblue23
Woolfolk no chance, same with Tay Odoms.

The guys who have just been dinged up (Denard, Mouton, Martin) should be 100% again.

Troy will get the medical redshirt, I don't think there's any doubt at all.

Did they ever disclose what happened to Woolfolk?

You'd think we could get Floyd back because it typically takes 6 weeks for a bone to heal. It'll be almost or a little over 2 months for him; wishful thinking I guess.

Broken bone in his foot somewhere, wasn't it?

Since Mullen and Rodriguez will both be leaving after this game is it now the "Lame Duck Bowl"?

I wouldn't be surprised if Mullen is gone before the game.

I don't think Floyd will be back.

I thought it was a leg or something with his leg. Floyd was an ankle right?

To be honest, I think this is the WORST match-up for the Big Ten of any of the SEC/BIG 10 bowl games. I think Penn State has an advantage against Florida and Ohio State can definitely expose Arkansas in many areas. Alabama is a favorite over MSU but that's much closer than people think.

I think of the 4, this is the one the Big Ten will definitely lose. MSU only lost to Auburn by 3, Arkansas by 7 and got whipped by LSU and Alabama. However, they held some good offensive teams down (Georgia to 12, Kentucky to 17, Florida to 7, Auburn to 17, Houston to 24). I don't see them having a ton of problems containing Michigan and their offense will be able to run up and down on Michigan.

    Finally game day, GO BLUE!

Biggest game since the 06 OSU game IMO.

I truly wish death on Greg Robinson. I honestly would not feel the slightest bit bad about it

Michigan's defense is offensive. I'm not sure Rich Rod survives this.

How can Robinson be SO terrible at playcalling on defense? I mean seriously

The guy is flat out horrible and has to be fired tonight IMO. RR will get another year IMO as the Offense is only going to get better under him. Just need to recruit some good defensive players and get a coordinator with an IQ above 65 and they should be fine next year.I would not care either way though if RR were to get fired.

it aint robinson - it's the lack of talent. They can't tackle. they have walk ons starting...that falls on Rod, not Rob
  • Hb31187
Rushing 3 continuously while playing a scrambling QB is all on Rob. Make the kid throw the ball against man coverage, dont give him lanes to run because you rush 3 fucking people
  • Hb31187
    1. why the hell didnt robinson just run?

    2. Why would you even attempt a Fg?

    3. FML

this is terrible. this team didn't improve after the bye week and they sure as hell didn't improve the last month. that is all on the coaching staff.

Not having enough guys on the field, tackling, formation are all on Rob. Talent would be an excuse if the guys were getting beat 1 on 1 but the guys are not even in the right spots 50% of the time. Getting beat as a player is way different than not being there at all.

"but the guys are not even in the right spots 50% of the time."

50%? It has been a long time since I've seen such poor defensive spacing. Its as if these guys never played defense before.

The whole point is you play with what you have. If they stink than let them get beat but don't have guys out of position every play because they clearly either don't listen or get it. Either way just play man and get beat, at least there would be someone there to attempt to make a play on the ball.

Took till the 5 min mark of the 3rd quarter for Miss st to get a penalty lol.

Not that it really matters, Mich still would of got manhandled
  • cbus4life
Entire coaching staff is gone tomorrow, IMO. lol. Or, for the love of god, at least make Robinson walk back to Ann Arbor.
