    I hope so. Thanks, man.

I was at the game and there was a true feeling of desperate disgust outside the stadium. Most everyone I was talking to just wanted to keep this game respectable and what a pleasant surprise. ND's defense played lights out and were fired up from the get go, especially Te'o who kept motioning to the crowd to get loud when Utah had the ball. Tommy Rees didn't put up huge numbers but three TD's and no mistakes was impressive none the less!

BTW, I could not believe the contingent of Utah fans that made the trip to South Bend. They had a lot of fans in the stadium and were a class act before, during and after the game. Many of them were in aww of ND and what it stands for, they soaked in the experience with great respect and appreciation.........good people all around.

Not to be an ass but it's REES, guys! Not Reese's Pieces.

Don't you have demerits to hand out? What a joke......."letting us have our day".

They must not have been at the pep rally the night before and heard Rocket.

Utah #25 AP, #24 USA Today, #23 BCS. A good win vs. an 8-1 opponent no matter how you shake it out.

I too was surprised as hell by this game and it's outcome. As some of the other Irish fans posted, hopefully this is a solid stepping stone to some positive things to come in South Bend. There were a few big name recruits at this game as well - this win could not have come at a better time. I'm officially looking forward to the USC game in two weeks.

They had a lot of fans in the stands because most of 'em brought ALL their wives along. The Utes must be the most overated team since the BCS came out.

Do you ever say something without disrespect? You're a genuine piece of shit. Every Mormon I've ever met was ultra-monogamous, like more so than the typical American throughout his or her life. I've probably known thirty or so and all were fine people.

And learn you spell "overrated" you fuck.

The weather may have scared Golson, who is from South Carolina and currently committed to North Carolina. But Te'o is from the best weather on Earth and visited Notre Dame on the worst day imaginable and still committed. We shall see. I've read the atmosphere was rockin' on the scale of the '05 Southern Cal game. Surely would grab a recruit's attention pretty quickly the way the crowd apparently was and the way Notre Dame somehow dominated the game from basically start to finish.

I knew this one family who were really good singers and dancers. The youngest sister was a little bit country and the brother was little bit rock n roll.
