Who would you rather have: Denard Robinson or Taylor Martinez?

    I said Martinez terribly underthrew him and your next statement was "same can be said with most of Denard's throws", which I guess I misinterpreted but either way you're wrong because Denard's WRs aren't 10 yards behind the DBs like Martinez. That happens when you only throw the ball 7 times (Martinez), but Denard throws it more than that.

    They are pretty close as runners, but Robinson is a much better passer than Martinez.

    What I have seen from Robinson is he had threaded the needle maybe 5 times all year and that is a stretch. Most of his passing yards have came on Bubble screens to his WR, where they take it for 70 yards, and the other yards come when the slot WR runs a streak and the whole secondary bites on the read option.

    Not taking anything away from him, but I would not say he is threading the needle.

    Sure I am. I'm just sayin that you can probably always find some stat that will back up any argument you make. I didn't think me saying that would get me accused of being a Michigan fan though.

    I get the fact that you like Denard, and that's great--you should...but please don't embarrass yourself by playing the "on pace to" card--unless you have a crystal ball you're not telling us about :cool:
