I don't need your help in preserving my rights. You have done nothing in your life to ever help protect my rights. If anything, you have most likely helped put people in power that have tried to limit or takeaway my rights. So thanks, but no thanks; I don't want/need your help.isadore;1184316 wrote:that is very unappreciative of my efforts to win your rights. -

LOL, ok. Rallying cry of the oppressive powers that pray on weak minded poor people for votes. I feel bad for you that you don't have the mental capacity to understand that.isadore;1184337 wrote:the rich have been waging class war against the poor. -

Even by your own words you credit me with fighting specifically for your rights.dwccrew;1184333 wrote:I don't need your help in preserving my rights. Hopefully over your normal slow learning curve you will come to appreciate all my efforts for the betterment of America, but even you have come to appreciate my efforts on your part.dwccrew wrote:He only cares about the rights of the poor and stupid. -

I do fight for your rights. And as you have already shown measuring mental capacity of superior intellects is not one of your skills.dwccrew wrote:He only cares about the rights of the poor and stupid. -

Do you also oppose the rights of the Americans to be free from unlawful infringement against their privacy when it comes to their own person or belongings?
What about the rights of the successful entrepreneurs or business owners to reap the fruits of their own honest success?
Or the right of every dog to be treated equally?
Just playing Devil's Advocate.
Inaccurate, if only because of the brush stroke you're using. There are a particular group of wealthy ... corporatists ... who use the government to further line their pockets in exchange for supporting political figures ... and not just the poor, but the middle-class as well, is left footing the bill.isadore;1184337 wrote:the rich have been waging class war against the poor.
I actually agree with the premise. You're just painting with a brush too broad. -

Americans have a right to be protected from terrorist attack. We have a system of judicial review to determine if government actions are “unlawful infringement against privacy.”O-Trap;1184395 wrote:Do you also oppose the rights of the Americans to be free from unlawful infringement against their privacy when it comes to their own person or belongings?

Animals do not have rights, we use them based on their functionality to us. We exterminate rats, we raise then eat cattle, we keep some species at pets. Even among peoples the view of a species vary, Muslims consider dogs ritually impure, South Koreas eat dogs. Species do have histories. Rattlesnakes and Pitt Bulls have histories that show it is dangerous to have them around humans.
You are correct to point out the role of corporationists in using the government to oppress the poor and middle class. This is particularly true in their effort to undermine government regulations that protect the other classes. But there is a more general effort by the rich to undermine our once progressive taxing system.
Thank you for your informed input. -

If rich people such as Gilbert were not willing to invest their money and take financial risk, there would be no casino. If something goes wrong with the casino, it is Gilbert who has the risk of losing millions of dollars.isadore;1184458 wrote:i support the right, not the provider. -
ts1227A judge threw out the lawsuit that the Ohio Roundtable filed trying to block the casinos/racinos, saying they had no legal standing.
So, there are now no hurdles in the way of Scioto Downs opening this week, barring appeal.
Also, The Ohio Roundtable can go fuck themselves. -
