They never stray far from each other. -
friendfromlowryI think Dwight Howard is the biggest drama-queen in the league.

wildcats20Bynum has been suspended the first 5 games of next season for "unnecessary and excessive contact." As well as being fined 25 Grand for "removing his jersey and the manner in which he left the court."

They'd shun him. Doesn't play that "AAU style" ball that the current players play. He'd actually take the ball to the hole during crunch time instead of settling for fade away jumpers forcing multiple overtimes. His aggressive style doesn't fit today's laid back "gotta shoot the outside jumper so I can immortalize myself because God forbid I don't want the pressure of shooting clutch free throws to actually win a game....I might choke" -
Hb31187Teague is making himself some money during this series...

I always thought when he was at Wake that he would be a good pro. Just starting to see his potential I guess. -

He was realllll exciting in college. I think hes finally just got a chance to get some serious PT with the Hinrich injury, and hes def making the best of it. Hes so fast and explosive -
friendfromlowryAnyone else annoyed by the T-Mobile commercial of the guy watching the Wade highlights and it pauses to buffer and he freaks out? I think it's on with every commercial break, and that guy sucks. He has about three-four lines and his voice cracks in all of them.

That one and the damn white dude rapping, Yes. -
friendfromlowryThursday's game will be a good one -- wouldn't be surprised if Atlanta won it though and set the stage for a huge game seven...
Anyone know what Pippen's role is nowadays? I've seen him every game in Chicago -- does he do something behind the scenes for the franchise or just there watching? -
friendfromlowryAnyone just catch Derrick Rose call Taj Gibson a 'young guy still learning the game' -- Gibson is actually 3+ years older than Rose, and only drafted a year behind him. Hmmm.
Oh, and cue that dumb fucking commercial. -
karen lotzYou guys are focusing on the wrong parts of those T Mobile commercials.
-
karen lotzHoly hell Josh Smith
ah goaltending but still a pretty solid effort there. -

Overall fine and loss of 5 game salary will cost him 700K. When will the NBA learn $$$ isnt a deterrent to these guys with what they make. Should have been more games.
Bynum will make 28 million total this season and next, with a club option of 16 million the 3rd year. -

Won't make a difference the lakers are used to playing without the often injured Bynum, hopefully he won't be in a Laker uniform by the trade deadline. -

Its not like he punched him in the face. He commited a VERY dumb foul, i think 5 games is fine. And i dont care how much you make, you lose $700,000 you arent going to just shrug it off. -

Combine the 35 million Bynum has made so far in his career and the 13 million guaranteed next year and you get 48 million dollars!!!! 700K fine represents 1% of his total earnings the past 7 years (counting next season).
