SQ_CraziesHaha, if he's really 15, unless he's the next Shaq I have a feeling he'd be still after one shot. You could just take the next one...

Shane FalcoMtrulz: as some one that reads a lot more than posts, you are TRULY and utterly without an ounce of class! You are nothing but a spoiled little punk kid who has no clue about life.
Please take your Jr hi attitude and leave. If you can't handle (and obviously you can't) adult topics please do all of us a favor and restrain yourself from posting.
If you were my kid....well I'll stop there.
Please find some class and dignity before returning! -

Look kid, your jibberish along with everyone elses is fine except it doesn't belong on this thread. Some threads are not meant to be funny even though most of them are. Us grown people see that, you however have a lot to learn! Stand up and apologize on this thread and go have fun on others! -

baseballstud24I think I saw you on 10tv today Trueblue...There was a guy...looked to be in his 20s, pleading to keep a man in prison because he was a murderer. I think it said the guy will stay in jail, but of course the scumbag is appealing.

i understand the circumstances though but the only way i feel i can add to this conversation is to lighten the mood. because this particular situation is FUBAR. -
enigmaaxIf I understood correctly, the whole thing was a re-sentencing because of some bullshit an attorney came up with regarding a change in Ohio sentencing laws. In short, based on what I read (and if this is the same story), he was sentenced to life with the possibility of parole in 30 years on some counts and 28 years on other counts, which made him eligible for parole after 58 years.
The 30 years was going to stick, but that would've still left the guy around 50 years old when he could possibly get out. According to the news, the same sentence was again applied and he won't be eligible for parole for at least 58 years.
Hope I'm not stepping on toes by trying to explain the info I saw about it. The most unbelievable part of what they showed on the news was the murderer saying something like, "I can't be emotional for something I feel like I didn't do". Really? I read the original court transcript when TrueBlue posted information last year or whenever. I don't think the verdict was ever in doubt and the whole thing is just sickening. To make that statement, well, makes it difficult for anyone else to feel compassion for someone who is going to die in a cell and likely rot in hell. Prayers for TB's family for the strength to continue dealing with a situation that will never be right. -
Big Red MonsterI also remember this story and I hope you get what you are looking for.

Curly JWay to be brave Blue !!!
-
AppleEarth to mtrulz... This thread is not about you.
Appealing is a judicial term and was talking about the killer ...not you being appealing! -
BRF
I don't know if this has been said yet, so I will just repeat it. As far as I know, Ohio allows 3 appeals in a 20 year period.j_crazy wrote: he's appealing again?

Anyhow, good for you, TrueBlue, in letting him know how you feel. That kind of thing..........telling it to someone's face is VERY impacting.......because most people don't have the guts to confront someone like that. -
Trueblue23Here's the story from 10tv
http://www.10tv.com/live/content/local/stories/2010/03/31/story-washington-court-house-mccollough-sentenced.html
The video shows a little bit of me talking to him.. damn it felt good to tell that asshole how I feel.
One thing I said was "look at you, you don't care, you aren't even emotional. If I was in your position, I would feel awful, I would be bawling my eyes out". When he got to speak, he turned around and looked at me and said "I do feel bad, but it's hard to be emotional about something I didn't do"
Fuck you man. -

I'd probably be more emtional if I didn't do it, than if I actually did do it. From looking at him, I don't see one ounce of sorrow or regret in his face and eyes. Which is what makes me think he obviously did it, and he's trying to get out on some BS.
