  I think that it depends on the mood. Both are good, but lately, Floyd's deep philosophical meaning behind their songs and albums, and the stories and messages behind them have drawn me closer to liking them.
  
  This is a tough choice, but I'm voting Zeppelin, only because I've been a fan of them for longer.

  Tough choice. Both bands took rock to a new, more cerebral level.

  Seriously, I value everyone's opinion even though I may disagree. I just wanted to point out how ridiculous some freehuddlers are with their "facts"...which, in truth are only opinions.

  I think Floyd is deeper in their philosophical meanings, however Zeppelin had stories to their songs as well.
  
  Floyd's concept albums, as a whole, were probably better, since they stuck to a basic "story line." Zep had better rockers.

  I'm more a blues guy, so Zep. But, Floyd is in my top 5.
