Oh it is. I just think Mcdonalds is worse. They both fucking suck and no one should eat them.

The two are directly related.

If Obama finds out that closing fast food on Sunday will help fight obesity, create additional poverty and welfare … bye bye Sunday Fast Food :)

Which is a really interesting comment, considering the owner of Chick-Fil-A doesn't open them on Sundays because he's a devout religtard. Meaning that you forced an Obama rip into a discussion about someone who, from religious stance, is likely pretty far right.

So, kudos to that.

Belly Chick fil a is closed on Sunday because they're run by religious morons and they probably are at least as far right as you. They fund a bunch of anti-gay groups.

It's far more likely religious people like yourself will force businesses to close on Sunday than Obama would.N

Now Chick fil a can close on Sunday if they want to, entirely their choice. It's fucking stupid, but their choice. (Had to make this clear before someone attacked me about it.)

McDonald's filet-o-fish.

Followed by every other McDonald's sandwich.

Cue Osh to come on here and saying something like "I don't eat Fast Food, I only eat raw almonds. I do admit sometimes I splurge a little and eat salted Almonds, my life is so hard."
• BR1986FB
Anything from McDonalds. I question if it's real meat and those "Bearded McClamwiches" they try to pass off as "fish" are nasty.
• I Wear Pants
Only fast food I eat anymore is Chipotle or the deli sandwiches from Arby's.

Chick-fil-a doesn't fund "anti-gay groups."

They do not support gay marriage. That's not an anti-gay group...they just do not support gay marriage as an equal to heterosexual marriage. They don't publicize it, they don't advertise it. They do their business and they do it quietly. People can have their groups that they support, beliefs and faiths are important to the corporation as a whole. They aren't refusing anyone the opportunity to work there or even do business there. I would also venture to say that it would be hard to find that they GAVE to "ban gay marriage" campaigns as opposed to organizations who do those campaigns.

If you avoid certain companies/corporations/organizations that are basically 3rd party groups with others...then you must be able to provide your own food, clothing, shelter, etc. Basically every major company has ties to another party that is in someway "questionable" to someone.

It's really not all that stupid that they are closed on Sundays either. I bet they do better business not being open on Sundays. They have a huge support because of it too. And because of the way that Chick-fil-a's are run, it will never go bankrupt. It's their business model. Very few owners can own more than one Chick-fil-a, and I don't believe that any of them own/operate three.

Their breakfast mini's are the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had from fast food joints. They also do decent lemonade and coleslaw.

If I were to choose my favorites to eat: Chipotle, Taco Bell (yeah, I know...), Arby's, Wendy's, and an occasional McDonald's Snack Wrap or breakfast bagel sandwich.

I always avoid: Captain D's, Long John Silver's, any other fast food fish, White Castle (reps to the first mention there!), and Bojangles (ate it for a whole summer because it was free -- got a chicken sandwich that was completely covered in honey mustard sauce...bun and all).

Yes they do. They give millions of dollars a year to anti-gay groups.

Here's who they gave to in 2009:
• Marriage & Family Legacy Fund: $994,199
• Fellowship Of Christian Athletes: $480,000
• National Christian Foundation: $240,000
• Focus On The Family: $12,500
• Eagle Forum: $5,000
• Exodus International: $1,000
• Family Research Council: $1,000
Which one of those is strictly "anti-gay" and has NO other goals within an organizational standpoint? Also, how many "millions" did they give in 2009? Oh, that's roughly $1.7 million. Not "millions." I would also like to see where they gave specifically for "anti-gay" reasons...
• ts1227
Where did he specify strictly anti-gay?
• thavoice
Giving money to anti-gay groups would be a good thing for chick fil a.

I'll take BK over McDonald's easily but I don't eat either very often these days. I can't really say what is the worst sandwich but to me it's probably at McDonald's.

I can't believe this thread went political.

So a group isn't anti-gay unless they do nothing else but that?

The KKK has various anti-union views and promotes those. Therefore they are not a racist organization since they do not do exclusively racist things. This is your logic.

Oh, I like where you went with this. You quit siding with your Perez Hilton facts of "millions of dollars" AND "anti-gay" claims...to a "logic" spin. No more discussion about what you actually said, let's discuss logic. So, you go from Perez to Bill O'Reilly?

Interesting.

But sorry about getting this topic completely off-topic...back to the discussion. We can continue this in another topic or PM's. Let me know when and where.
