If you got rid of all these mods, this place would be better off. Besides maybe FFT(who isn't around enough to be an effective moderator), none of them do a good job. New mods should be appointed, with a clear mandate from the admins, and consistently applied to all users. Until this happens, this forum will continue to decline and new user acquisition will continue to be dismal at best.

Also, pageviews, revenue, and posts are all steady or on the incline. Weird.

I voted for Justin. If he didn't create this place and allow the others to be mods this wouldn't be a problem. Because he is the source of everything here, he must be the worst.

The increase in page views is due to the length of time this forum has been around creating content that is scanned via google crawlers. Of course you are going to get more hits as time passes on and more content is created.

I'm merely talking about organic growth from new users contributing more content. How many new active members have we added in the past month? quarter? year? I can think of maybe or two people. This is how forums die, they lose contributing members at a relatively steady rate and they are judged by how many new contributing members they bring in to replace them. This is where this forum is failing and you know it.

I think we need mods, every forum does. The current crop is absolute garbage and they don't know what they are doing despite being "on the job" for approximately 2 years.
