The best way to "cleanse" your body is to fast. Stop eating for 5-7 days and only drink water.
Most of the harmful toxins reside in your body fat, so the only way to get them out is to have your body use the fat as energy. Unfortunately, fat is usually the last thing your body wants to use as energy, so you'll have to fast for a longer period of time.

Homemade chilli with Habinaros and other types of peppers ,tomatoes ,onions and plenty of garlic,with bread followed by a an evening of drinking Milwaukee's Best or Keystone light . That will clean your rectal cavity without having to pay doctor fees plus your blood will get a shock treatment .
