The well is being drilled just outside city limits on SR209 (just past Kmart). The city is pissed about it. There is also a new brine water disposal plant being built outside Coshocton. They said it is a 2 million dollar facility creating 6 jobs, along with other related industries (trucking, support staff, etc)
