Glenn Beck?

Don't care for the circus that is his tv show but hey that's the way of modern political commentary, it's what gets viewers which in turn gets ad dollars, which in turn lines Glen's pockets. Can't dislike someone for taking advantage of an opportunity even if it is insanely annoying. His books aren't to bad.

    sometimes hes okay --then

He's entertainment, nothing more, nothing less.

Just as nuts as Olbermann, Maddow, etc., on the other side.

The entire group should just fade away, IMO.

I don't know him as a person, but as the host of a talk/news commentary show I do not like him. I do not have cable, so that makes it easy for me to not watch his TV show, and I simply choose not to listen to his radio show.

Honestly, I think less of anyone who takes what he says seriously.

Tolerable in small doses. Sometimes he makes good points, sometimes he is way out there...

I'm really afraid that he is going to have a heart attack on air one of these nights

This. He is a fraud and a whore. Sellout. Entertainer, nothing else.

This as well. It's sad that some people actually get their "news" from this clown.

I don't get my news from him but he has done a great job of exposing the trash in the current administration.

I don't think it is that hard to expose the trash in this administration, especially when he has all his little helpers at Fox. I could do that show, I just wouldn't be as entertaining, which is the only reason he is there.
  • bigdaddy2003
^ It isn't hard to do but if he didn't then most people would have never found out considering the mainstream media would have never mentioned it.
  • Elliot Stabler
Some of you act like there is anymore "trash" in this administration than any other in history
  • bigdaddy2003
Maybe not trash but some radical radical people.

Well, they wouldn't have mentioned it because they wouldn't have looked. GB has really cornered the niche for this.
    ..............

As an aside, was he ever this popular before the Obama administration?
  • Elliot Stabler
Again...no more than any other administration in history
  • Elliot Stabler
I really don't think he's all the popular right now
  • bigdaddy2003
Yeah actually I would say there are far more radicals in this administration than any other.

    Whatever you say my friend
  • CenterBHSFan
Well, radical is a term that is subjective. For instance, we can say that our founding fathers were "radical", because they were, from a certain perspective - how England saw them.
Then, there's radical as in crazy or wild.
  • bigdaddy2003
^ It's cool man. You are obviously a liberal type of guy and you dig the situation we are faced with. I however am not a liberal and don't like the direction in which we are headed.

In this instance I mean radical as in some of their beliefs are out there.

Yep...I dig the fact that millions of people are losing or have lost their jobs.

I dig the fact that 10's of millions of people dont have health insurance

I dig the fact that we are fighting a war we shouldn't be.

I dig the fact that we have veterans who are homeless and living on the streets.

Why is it that everybody thinks liberals want everyone to be poor and homeless??

I'm getting sick and tired of it
  • bigdaddy2003
Hey man the stimulus will kick in eventually.
  • Elliot Stabler
So you're one of those that think all liberals want people to be poor?
