Well you know what they say....'stupid is as stupid does'....sleeper;1823320 wrote:This isn't a blue or red issue. Cut the shit.
There are stupid people that voted for both candidates no doubt; but I'd bet my entire net worth that IQ and Donald Trump support are highly negatively correlated. -

And now Joe Manchin (governor) is going to escape the dems and move to the republican party. This is ... just wow.ptown_trojans_1;1823306 wrote:20 years ago, Bill Clinton carried West Virginia by 15 points. Last night, Hillary Clinton lost it by 42 points.
If they're not voted out, they're jumping ship. -

Ya know, you are a lot like Trump in thinking that you always superior to everyone else in almost every way. I am not sure why that didnt resonate with you enough to vote for him.sleeper;1823321 wrote:It's a numbers game. There aren't enough smart people to win consistently. -

We have some of the most embarrassingly stupid people in this country who think Donald "Can't put together a sentence" Trump is going MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. What a freaking joke; these people are absolute trash. They make the troll trash on this forum look like gold bricks.
President Trump. Say it 3 times fast and it makes you want to kill yourself. -

Not too long ago you linked a youtube vid that argued against using correlations in arguments.sleeper;1823320 wrote:This isn't a blue or red issue. Cut the shit.

That's a load of shit. There's a chasm the size of the universe that separates Donald Trump and I in every way. He's the epitome of what's wrong with this country and his supporters are absolute deplorables; uneducated hicks and poor people who will get there's some day.thavoice;1823324 wrote:Ya know, you are a lot like Trump in thinking that you always superior to everyone else in almost every way. Anyways, I'm focusing on 2018. Maybe we can take out the trash then and restore sanity to the Republic. -

Maybe so, and this following statement may be all you need to hear to know why he won. "Say President Hillary Clinton TWO times fast and it makes you want to kill yourself"sleeper;1823327 wrote:I have no idea what this is supposed to mean.

Actually, trust in authoritarianism is the highest correlation, apparently.sleeper;1823320 wrote:I'd bet my entire net worth that IQ and Donald Trump support are highly negatively correlated.

Nah, I think it is pretty dead on. You think you are morally, financially and educationally superior to everyone else on here. I am not saying you two have the same views, just the same arrogant bravado in that if you say it often enough, say it loud enough, bully your way around long enough then many believe it to be true or right.sleeper;1823331 wrote:That's a load of shit. Correlation does not equal causation; that doesn't mean you cannot use correlation at all. You may want to re-watch the video; it's really good. -

I only think that because it hasn't been proven otherwise. There are certainly people on this forum that I respect highly and think they have good thoughts even if they disagree with me. Then there's the troll trash; I have no issue saying all of the above about the troll trash.thavoice;1823334 wrote:Nah, I think it is pretty dead on. The African American turnout was back to "normal" turnout this election as well as the ratio that vote R vs D (around 8-10% vote for Rs).sleeper;1823309 wrote:Yeah what happened to all the Obama voters?
So, you take a higher percentage of the AA vote AND the AA vote is severely lower than when Obama was running, that equals disaster in states like Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, etc.
TL;DR version, no black dude on this ticket so the black folk stayed home. -

Among whites, Trump got about 50% of college educated people and 67% of whites without a college degree. This would back up your point.
However, among minorities (all minorities), Trump got 23% of college graduates and 20% of those without a degree.
So, the more educated a minority the more likely they voted Trump, the more educated a White person was, the less likely they voted Trump. -

I think you are one of the smarter ones on here, but lets be honest, that isnt a difficult thing when the site has 25 members, including the bots, myself, iernam, like that and sportslady.sleeper;1823337[B wrote:]I only think that because it hasn't been proven otherwise.[/B] There are certainly people on this forum that I respect highly and think they have good thoughts even if they disagree with me. IQ would be harder to glean though. A college education doesn't necessarily mean you have a high IQ; trust me, I went to school with a bunch of trash and that's at Ohio State, one of the top universities in the country. -

I can't find a link but already been shown on CNN and MSNBC. When they are not blaming racists and wanting to switch to the popular vote, they have mixed in some actual facts once in a while. They showed the black turnout was back to 2000/2004 levels (was obviously way up in 2008/2012).sleeper;1823341 wrote:Big, if true. -

It's absolutely absurd to me the amount of blame against white people, particularly white males.jmog;1823350 wrote:I can't find a link but already been shown on CNN and MSNBC. Black people not voting because a black guy isn't running = white people are racist
Is that about right?
