I know how I feel, not racist.

    http://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2016/11/15/13625168/steve-bannon-explained

You see, Bannon isn’t your typical loyalist being rewarded by the president he shepherded into office: He’s a leading light of America’s white nationalist movement accused of using misogynistic, anti-Muslim, anti-Semitic, and barely hidden racist language throughout his professional life.
His ex-wife has also alleged that he’s expressed anti-Semitic sentiments in his personal life as well: According to 2007 court papers alleging domestic violence, she said that Bannon had said he didn’t want his children going to a school that had a lot of Jewish students.

"Yeah he's a POS human being, but have you see his financial policy? WOW!"
You do realize we just spent 8 years with a very racist administration using the DOJ to do their bidding?

Do you know what Privilege is?

It is the ability of being able to vote for someone like Donald Trump and yet insist that you are not a bigot.
Actually, Trump won and why people voted for Trump are two different conversations.

People voted for Trump because quite frankly they are tired of the status quo. They are tired of the liberal media and liberals in general calling ANYONE that doesn't agree with them racists/bigots/homophobes/etc. Newsflash, because we don't agree with Hillary Clinton does not mean we are racist. It means we don't believe what CNN and MSNBC fed us and wanted us to believe.

Trump actually won because people stayed home and didn't vote for a woman who was more corrupt than Nixon. Newsflash, Trump got less votes in almost every state than Romney did. That means that Clinton got FAR FEWER votes than Obama did to lose. The liberals were so apathetic about their candidate due to the scandals, the corruption, the fact that the DNC screwed Bernie Sanders, and to be honest, the fact that there was not an African-American running (AA vote was WAY down compared to 2004/2008), and they stayed home.

Easiest way to lose an election against possibly the worst candidate in the least 50 years (at least) in Trump, you send the most despicable candidate you can up there that even her own "base" doesn't want to go out and vote for her.

Come to reality about what happened rather than spew what you have seen on MSNBC/CNN.

Blacks - racist against hispanics and muslims
    Muslims - sexist, very sexist
LGBTQ - LOL, they didn't vote for Trump
Women - just uneducated stepford wives following their ignorant, racist husbands
Hispanics - marriage is between a man and a woman

How very racist of you to think Trump only got the WHITE racist vote.
My sister and wife are both part of the LGBTQ community and both voted for Trump. Neither of them bought into the main stream media BS.

Oh yeah, and they both happen to think for themselves rather than "group think".

    Scared democrat.
“You are part of the problem,” he continued, blaming Brazile for clearing the path for Trump’s victory by siding with Clinton early on. “You and your friends will die of old age and I’m going to die from climate change. You and your friends let this happen, which is going to cut 40 years off my life expectancy.”

Hard to imagine a time and a place where I agree with both jmog and BoatShoes. What happened?

    Good post. Spot on.

lol at posters trying to rationalize voting for a racist bigot. BUT LOOK AT HIS ECONOMIC POLICY! WOW!

Yeah he's a sexual predator, a dumbass, a bigot whose campaign was built on racism, yeah he's appointed a white nationalist to his cabinet, but look at his Economic Policy! WOW!

And Jmog, I would wager the 2 ppl you know in the LGBTQ are extremely dumb, like can't count to potato dumb. Vast majority of the community was/is extremely upset at the election. Very similar to like_that, just because you know a few dumbasses, doesn't make the vast majority's fears unfounded. lolfail

I would legit love to talk to them about their ability to rise above group think.

lol voting against their own self interests.

Thanks for the call out jmog, HRC just got a donation from me, as did ACLU, and planned parent hood.

Classic sleeper, discredits an organization that is devoted to human rights (lgbtq) and offers no credible resource retort. Yeah I'll trust human rights campaign on this over an internet troll. Nice fail

HRC campaign and Huff post are directly equivalent to the Heritage Foundation and Fox News.

They are not interested in presented facts; they are interesting in driving an agenda that makes that more money.

Congrats, you're entire existence has been bought and sold by manipulation with biased data. Enjoy!

It's not to say they are wrong but they do have an incentive to push an agenda that may or may not be the actual truth.

You need to read other sources; Huff post in particular is pure trash.

    Damn...CoA headed for a decent-sized meltdown here.

lmao LGBT voting "against their interest" or being "stupid" because they voted for Trump.

Maybe gay marriage actually ISN'T the singular most important thing to them. I know it's hard to fathom such a concept for the SJW crowd.

But, man, nothing is more offensive to some liberals than an LGBT or African American voting Republican.

All of this, but particularly what I've bolded.

I truly do not understand the fear when nothing has happened. If or until somebody (LGBT, any minority, women) gets rounded up on greyhounds and shipped to an island to be put in holding pens, or has their hard gained status stripped, I'm not sure what the uproar is.

And if nothing of the sort happens, it will yet again be a huge backhand to the mouths of the fearful democrats.

    Discredit? No.

Take as the word of god like you are? No.

I read source data. I rarely read opinion articles; they are largely biased with a motivated agenda. Reading this article would be akin to reading a children's book for entertainment.

It's just not for me. Enjoy!

Any halfway decent opinion article links to their data, which one can then click on and evaluate. I'm afraid very few people actually expend the 3 calories to do that.

Lol Vox is worse than Huff Post. Why not go with slate and salon next too

That definitely is a strong signal the article is well written.

Source data can still be biased though. Not so much in the methodology, but in ignoring other studies that validate the exact opposite opinion. You have to be vigilant, most people are straight stupid no matter if they are D or R.

That you have family (Muslim) who voted for Trump. They were not fearful of Trump. That's the cruxt of it - your family who are Muslim should have been fearful of Trump, not vote for him.
