Trump vs. Hillary (NO OTHER OPTIONS)

Righteous? You know, when people say terrible things, it's ok (even normal) to be upset. If we lived in a culture that didn't, I would be very worried.like_that;1814226 wrote:Pretty bad look, but i knew people would act righteous about it and they are already delivering.
You're making it seem as if being politically correct (or in this case, a decent human being) is horrific. -
Commander of AwesomeHe literally said he can do whatever he wants to women because he's a star, that's Rapistfucker like behavior. Just despicable.

I just understand context. If there was a hot mic of Obama shooting the shit with another guy I wouldn't QQ either.Commander of Awesome;1814228 wrote:Righteous? Have you ever played a sport or been in a fraternity? Place a hot mic in a locker room or frat house and you will hear far worse. I've been in my fair share of locker rooms and I was in gray. None of those guys are rapists. If you have been a part of either of those two, you know you're being dramatic.
But please tell us more about rape culture when you're supporting Hillary who goes out of her way to defend her scumbag husband. You know, somebody who actually has sexually assaulted women. -

I've never said, even joking, to grab a women by the *****. Nor have I have ever heard a guy go on about how he can grope/kiss/grab by the ***** as if it's acceptable behavior. Heard guys talk about getting laid? Absolutely. I can honestly say, I haven't heard a guy brag about sexually assaulting women and getting away with it.like_that;1814230 wrote:I just understand context. I interpreted as him saying since he is a celebrity he can get away with even grabbing a women's *****. Not that he acted on it or does act on it.Commander of Awesome;1814233 wrote:I've never said, even joking, to grab a women by the *****. If that's how you interpret it then yes that's something to get upset about.
I've def heard worse than that though. Lots of rape jokes that would offend the easily offended in 2016. That's for sure. -

Doesn't sound like 'typical locker room banter' when you consider this. -

That's bad and wouldn't surprise me if true. I'm still sticking to the context of the convo and bringing up rape is dramatic imo.Commander of Awesome;1814247 wrote:https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/jul/20/donald-trump-sexual-assault-allegations-jill-harth-interview?CMP=share_btn_tw

Are you going to hold Bill Clinton to the same standard? How about Hillary doing everything to smear those who have spoken out against Bill? Or her aide who married a child molester?

Goes back to what I have always said. Dems and Pubs are one in the same. Only difference is the Dems do a better job pretending they GAF about people to get their votes. -
isadoreGosh a ruddies, Donald Trump is a bad person.

You're deflecting. Trump brags about sexual assault, when Hilldawg is sued for assaulting men, or bragging about sexually assaulting men (or women) that would be more relevant. Bill Clinton is no longer the President of the USA. If I were of voting age when Bill was running, I wouldn't take it lightly.like_that;1814253 wrote:That's bad and wouldn't surprise me if true. Hilldawg defended Bill for his behavior. They are both POSs.Commander of Awesome;1814258 wrote:You're deflecting. I am not deflecting at all. This ties into my righteous comment. People (trump haters/Hillary supporters) are going to get up in arms about this and act righteous, while the same people are going to turn a blind eye to hillary's numerous red flags.Commander of Awesome;1814258 wrote:You're deflecting. I just agreed with you that it was bad, we found some common ground. You don't need to convince me trump is bad.
I want to know if you are going to hold everyone else with the same accountability (I.e. Currently upset with trump) or are you going to toe party lines? Hillary has tried to silence Bill's victims. Essentially aiding sexual assault. Just a step below sexual assault. Are you taking that lightly? -
majorsparkLooks like the October surprise was for Trump.

I think, to speak in general, this is big more because of timing than anything else, as it's a lot harder to do damage control when it's early October and stuff comes out. I think, in reference to what you said, Trump was pretty stupid in not being more aggressive when he's had the opportunity (although, would that really matter since Hillary could use "plausible deniability" because of how Bill settled out of court with Jones and neither Broaddrick (sexual assault) or Willey (groping) progressed beyond allegations that never went to court?) to score points off that.
This is the sort of thing that won't effect anyone who was set in their ways (except for the humor that will be provided by watching CC and QQ trying to spin it as their latest tin-foil conspiracy with words being put into his mouth and so on), but could have a big effect on undecideds. When you have high-ranking R party people opening condemning his comments, it's not good. When you have other R politicians trying to distance themselves from him because they're trying to get re-elected, it's really not good.
It just basically comes down to how it's one thing to say you're sick of establishment politicians and want to look outside the box and another thing to pick a human faux pas simply because he's not establishment. I'd imagine the vast majority of us on this forum would look intelligent and presidential standing next to Trump. He might have looked good and in charge when he was going again a crowd of 138573473 R candidates because his bombastic nature stood out from a pack of largely anonymous people, but now that it's one-on-one, he just seems out of his element. -

For the recorrs Earnest here started a thread in 2012 claiming an economic collapse was inevitable and he seems to be unaware that the FED has tripled the monetary base and can't even hit its inflation target.ernest_t_bass;1814182 wrote:When there is more money, prices will go up. Trump has been saying stupid shit for months/years. I don't know what's left to say or do that will turn people off. -
Belly35If you never said anything stupid or something you regret saying vote for Hillary. If you never never told a lie or was catch in a lie vote for Trump...... Now if you care about your country, the future of your rights, prosperity, your children future, sercurity of our country, over bearing government, jobs, taxes, immigration, terroist and the protection of this countries Liberty ......ISSUE...are what is important ..... Stick with the issue.. What the country is now is that what you want..... Being President isn't a popularity contest....

I've said stupid shit. I've never been a 59 year old man bragging about my ability to sexually assault women. Not surprised a narrow-minded dumbass like yourself can't see the difference.Belly35;1814289 wrote:If you never said anything stupid or something you regret saying vote for Hillary. By the way, every time Trump screws up, you don't have to come out with "Yeah but Hillary did/said this...!" They both suck. Everyone on here has come to terms with it except you and the other tools Heretic mentioned. There's no rule saying you have to vote for one or the other. -
queencitybuckeyeIn the bigger picture, the admission that HRC has a public story for the masses to get elected that has nothing to do with the small group she intends to govern and wield power with and for is more newsworthy than Trump being Trump (or being Bill Clinton).
-
like_thatThis is definitely the final nail in trump's campaign. It's all the media is talking about even with Wikileaks leaking hillarys Wall Street speeches.
Every GOP endorsement for trump is being taken back and a lot of them are calling for Trump to drop out. He is going to be embarrassed tomorrow during the debate. -

I suppose you think this is a religious issue but in realty, this is about natural law, number one on the list is the right to live... Which is why MURDER is illegal in every civilized country. The only way it could possibly be "self defense" is if poses an actual threat to her health or was forced upon her. ...rape or an actual significant threat of death or harm. Convenience doesn't count. In the same way that if you shoot an kill someone, the onus is on you to provide a logical, reasonable explanation for inflicting bodily harm on another. -

Absent this knowledge, it makes little sense IMO to base law on beliefs.HitsRus;1814299 wrote:So at what point does life begin? When it has a heart beat? When it starts sucking it's thumb? When it becomes viable outside the womb? ... And please of course, provide the logic behind your reasoning. -
HitsRusabsent what knowledge?..the point is that it is an arbitrary definition decided by gobbledygook unless you define it from 1) the moment it starts growing. or 2) when it exits the birth canal/womb. If you feel natural law is just "a belief" then our entire system of government and laws as well as most of the moral codes of western civilization mean nothing.
