Hillary Clinton

QuakerOatsThe FBI investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s unsecured email account is not just a fact-finding venture — it’s a criminal probe, sources told The Post on Wednesday.
The feds are investigating to what extent Clinton relied on her home server and other private devices to send and store classified documents, according to a federal source with knowledge of the inquiry.
“It’s definitely a criminal probe,” said the source. “I’m not sure why they’re not calling it a criminal probe.
“The DOJ [Department of Justice] and FBI can conduct civil investigations in very limited circumstances,” but that’s not what this is, the source stressed. “In this case, a security violation would lead to criminal charges. Maybe DOJ is trying to protect her campaign.”

She is above the law and every Senator and Congress representation will agree to not hold Hillary accountable ... with a crime and potential jail time.. Hillary will step out of the race, democrats will circle the wagons, legal system federal legal sysytem will bend and Hillary will be gone unscaved for he incompencey, fruad and corruption... This process will continue as long as we dont have term limits. The same cluster fuck will happen with the IRS and other fruad departments and individuals until we have term limits. -
gutyeah, wouldn't surprise me if it isn't Clinton herself putting this stuff out there....the liberal media will give the stories lip service, and by the time elections roll around in about 14 months all this will be "old news". Mind you, they STILL talk about and blame W for whatever fits their spin.

Private server email situation gets dicier…
HRC hands over server and 3 thumb drives full of emails as it is learned she not only had classified information but she also had Top Secret information on emails.

QuakerOatsHer partner-in-crime, I mean husband, sold defense secrets to the Chinese for campaign donations, and somehow covered it up and escaped prosecution. She learned a lot from him. She couldn't tell the truth if it were to serve her better.

AppleA question I have concerning the whole HRC email thing may or may not tie into what seems to be the DOJ's premise that they and the FBI are not looking at HRC individually as a "perp" in their investigation(s).
It seems that some think they are after underlings who may have altered classifications of emails to eliminate any "Classified" stigma to the correspondence.
But my question is.... How was HRC given the ability to operate a "personal server" in the first place?
Could the reason HRC is not the primary target of the investiation(s) be that they are looking into who gave authorization for her to take her communications out of reach of outside inquisitions?
No boss that I've ever had would allow me to conduct work business through my personal email. -
TedShecklerShe's a Clinton. Rules don't apply.

Royalty does not need to ask permission. That is for the commoners..... -
SpockI cant wait till a debate where someone calls her out for either breaking the law and lying about it. telling her that playing stupid and saying she wasnt aware of the laws is going to look good to.
She cant use the line "what does it matter now". She already used it
She will blow a gasket and lose it in a manner that Howard Dean would approve of. -

The server will be deleted some what of information but if Hillary took huge efforts the information will never be recovered but if she was stupid the FBI can and will recover the informationSpock;1745666 wrote:I cant wait till a debate where someone calls her out for either breaking the law and lying about it. telling her that playing stupid and saying she wasnt aware of the laws is going to look good to.

Hillary/Obama's staff are not the first to do this. Bush had a similar issue.Apple;1745642 wrote: No boss that I've ever had would allow me to conduct work business through my personal email.

"But... But... But... Bush did it too" is a red herring and doesn't mean that what HRC et al did was legal. Because heads rolled in the Bush case, it actually gives more credence to there being similar repercussions in the HRC situation.FatHobbit;1745682 wrote:Hillary/Obama's staff are not the first to do this. I am not defending Clinton at all. I can't stand her and registered as a Democrat to vote against her in 2008. I do see why anyone might think I was trying to say "Bush did it first"Apple;1745689 wrote:"But... But... But... Bush did it too" is a red herring and doesn't mean that what HRC et al did was legal. My only point was that having private email servers seems to be a common way to get around having every email conversation be a part of the public record. -
Spockreports that the server was scrubbed will likely not help HC. Deleting state material is a felony also.

AppleInteresting article Quaker.
Not looking good for HRC thanks to her email/personal server situation. Now they're talking about violations to the espionage act!
Over/Under date for suspension of candidacy Thanksgiving Day 2015? -

You may be correct… would you like that? (lil' pun there!)like_that;1745872 wrote:She will get away with it.
Legally she may indeed get away with it. However, politically she very well may be on a sinking ship. This is a thread about her candidacy so that is how I am looking at this situation. It will be interesting who may enter the race if/when she bows out.
That said… I could see people in the intelligence community throwing a huge fit and demanding a legal outcome. Military folk may rise up too and help force the lawyers and judges to stay involved -

She will get away with it in all regards most likely. I think you are underestimating how dumb the voting base is and their lack of value for integrity.Apple;1745879 wrote:You may be correct… would you like that? (lil' pun there!)

I've already had a democrat friend tell me that he despises Hillary, but when asked if he will vote for her he said yes...
Another acquaintance who is not my friend and sucks, told me she doesn't "give a shit" about the emails and hillary's lack of integrity. I can't make this shit up.
